Pune Guide

A very useful yet very simple to use Guide app for Pune City .
It helps you to locate the important things which we need in our day to day life,
and yet are not so easy to locate(you might won't find those things in other apps) such as public toiltes.

The application is in its early stages. Currently, we've published a small list of
the main Ganapati Mandals and some of the Public Toilets.

GANAPATI LOCATOR

Currently shows the list of around 30 main Ganapati Mandals in the City ( Peth Area).
It also shows a little information about the specific Ganapati Mandal, and a picture,
which can be very useful for the devotees coming in the city from outside, for Ganeshotsav.
The list also features some big landmarks and historical monuments in the city, such as Shaniwar Wada, Lal Mahal.

The Locate button shows you the Navigational Map(Google Map) to that location from your current location.
(Obviously, it needs your GPS and Data connection to be turned on)

The Map shows more than one ways to the location, highlighting the shortest possible way.


TOILET LOCATOR

The list shows the public toilets, including their distance from your current location.
Click on a particular index will take you to the google map directly showing the navigation.
Sorted in ascending order of their distance ( nearest to farthest )

PETROL PUMPS LOCATOR

The list includes the locations of the Petrol Pumps in the city as well as in the outskirts and Highways.
Sorted in ascending order of their distance ( nearest to farthest )

FUTURE UPDATES

~ Emergency Contacts.
~ Giving separate lists for Gents and Ladies Toilets.
~ Include Search bar.
~ Include some other important things/facilities, such as ATMs ,Hospitals etc.
