Just came out of my shell a little and was willing to try this. They wanted money and it was a waste of time. I understand the need for revenue to keep something like this going it just sucks that I have no opportunity unless I upgrade.

Dating with herpes or any std is already hard enough.

Very useful app...works great

This app doesn't allow you to read messages sent to you, and it continually crashes any time I try to open it. Just got a message saying someone was interested, tried opening the message on my phone, which crashed the app and returned an error message. Then I went to the website itself and no new notifications are there. The app is pretty bad -- not accurate in its messages and just plain non-functional

App it's definitely not as good as the site. Location doesn't work when using gps, can't see when users last logged in. Search is much more limited, as well as other options. And Damn expensive.

My notifications says I have a message but when I click on it, it says I have no messages. It's hard enough being a "positive single" I don't think we should have to deal with so many malfunctions. We want to feel at least some what normal, it's already bad enough this app charges more then porn sites just so people who are sick, frightened and alone can find people who won't judge us over having what we have.

The visitors part of your page is lies. There's always people on there that really didn't view your page. It's stupid.

The new updates are horrible. And I live in B.C. Canada but the browse brings op women from all across Canada even tho I have it set to 50 miles away. This app needs work

You guys desperately need to update and improve the cities in certain states there's so many cities in Florida and there's barley any under it. Just needs to be more specific and precise. I almost feel like a lot of the profiles are fake to.

Don't pay for it. Simple. It barely works without paying. But definitely won't work especially if you do. Support doesn't really respond back...server is constantly down or messages won't refresh. Lots of information will vanish. Especially if you pay for it.

This app is awful :( I can't read previous conversions with ppl I'm messaging. It won't let me see all my messages I have in my messages. If I delete a message, it's back in my messages. I have contacted IT more than once and nothing has ever been fixed!!! I wish someone would come up with the same concept, but a much better way to run the site/app

PS updated its new logo and I like the new one. They optimzed the recommended members at let's meet and now I can like the singles in my same city. GOOD JOB. GO GHEAD.

How can i change my Wink message?

Unless you wanna fork out 20 bucks a month or more to even message than dont bother with this app. You can match but never message back. I feel awful for matching with people who i cant message back. 20 bucks a month and up is too much for this. As for the reply. No its not. I try to reply and it makes me go to screen to subscribe for a monthly fee. If its possible to reply for free then its not at all obvious.

This app is stressful, sometimes I can message other times I can't and is telling me I have to pay $43 a month or pay for more months at a cheaper rate! What a joke! I was feeling good about this app as it seemed to have good reviews and was just what I needed to feel normal, but no thanks

After the last couple of updates, now you can't even message for free. This app used to be a lot better before they changed it to a pay service app and I'm sorry but to me, a minimum of $35/month is not worth it.

I paid the fees to be able to use all the functions and they won't work. $70 down the drain. Message service always down. Won't upload. Haven't been able to hold a single conversation without the server going down.

We already pay every day with trying to cope with living and changing our lives after contracting. Making people pay to talk to other people who know their struggles and to re build confidence and self worth is just outrageous.

This app is horrible. I cant even message anyone.had a person message me and couldn't even wright back. huge disappointment !

I'm on and it keeps telling me connecting to the server. Says that for at least 5 min. If you go to another screen out does it every time. Then it will not bring up my messages. This is ridiculous.

what a great app, great search, extensive profile but you have to pay to connect by messaging with others, that's like a ferrari without wheels, i gave two stars because i can know who the poz guys are in my region so i dont have to ask when i see them on other apps

First, you can't initiate messaging for free, while many other sites allow it. Then, I try to delete the account and I continue getting a message saying my password is incorrect (it's the same password I use for many other things so that's bull) and now it won't allow me to easily get to the confirm deletion button.

Can't contact anyone to refund and auto renewal I didn't authorize..Very frustrating. .

Since I have used this app and even paid for a subscription, I could not one get this to "connect to server" once. Not to access my messages, not to browse users... Nothing. The Web page access works fine on my pc. But I need this to work with my phone. Waste of time.

This app is ridiculous! Too exspensive to join and cant do anything much for free. They even delete any changes i make to my profile which is unfair!

You're charging people basically 35.00 bucks a month and this is the app you come up with. I'm sorry but the app is crap... What a disappointment.
