Le SMS Case filing est une application SMS cliente de la base de données judiciaires pour la Police. The Initiative for the Rule of Law of the American Bar Association, the program of the Democratic Republic of Congo (ABA ROLI - DRC) has set up a legal database designed and deployed in the DRC on behalf of the National Department Justice and Human Rights in the DRC. SMS Case filing is an SMS client application for judicial database for the Police.
