Great for event history & basic place on test function. I havent found filters or sorting of data. Works on Android 6.1 and below. All varieties I tested including root versions. However my Nexus 6P with 7.0 Factory Nougat - no go. (Login fail) 12/05/16- Still no go for Android 7.0 > 01/25/17 Stock unrooted 7.1 > FAIL

Older version was much better. The new update is causing problems with the event history. The events that occurred are there when you 1st open it, but if you scroll down to earlier times and scroll back up to the top, the events that occurred are no longer there.

Not enough features.

What if I have two different Central Stations that use mastermind? How do I set up both with this app?

For the Galaxy S7, Press and hold the back button with the app open to access the app menu. Works Great

Press and hold the multi task button to access the menu on galaxy s5.

All new Android phones/versions do not have a settings button. Makes it impossible to login. What's the point?

Same problem everyone else is complaining about. App needs an option to place all signals on test, until then I will only use it to check signals- the only thing I think it's good for.....

Worked great on my s5. Cannot get into settings on my new note 5. Android 5.1.1 there is no option to click settings to enter url info please help. This is a dire tool for work.

Cant use the menu button on the note 4 so cant even log on. And they haven't even bothered to sort it in the six months since I download it.

Does not work with the new note 5. Tells you to change your setting but not allowed access to change them. Please fix.

Simple and easy. Please improve search results/abilities. When viewing event history android back button, rather than the back button in the app, takes you out of the app. Very annoying since the back button in any other app backs up one step so out of habit I accidentally close the app frequently.

please update this to be able to put all zones on test.. getting fed up with it not working as it should when an engineer has already put the system on test and they still call to say low battery.. well of course that's part of a service to test the battery.... get it right please

Works better on iPhone

Says to invoke settings through settings tab, but there is no settings tab. When do you plan to fix this?

App needs updating to work properly with newer phones like the note 5 since the settings tab is unavailable to that phone.

Worked fine on my Galaxy S3 and is an essential app, but since my upgrade to a Galaxy S6 my app doesn't put all the zones on test, only some. The zones don't even appear in the list that you can toggle on and off just prior to confirming that you wish to put the system on test. I'm running the latest firmware. A fix would be great.---------Edit: Reduced the rating due to no response from devs and the app still not putting all zones on test. The app is only used for taking a system OFF test now!

Can not set up on a LG G3 phone.

I'm a commercial fire alarm inspector. This app is used company wide. Twice now I have been testing buildings and had the fire department show up. This is due to the app not putting all points on test and not giving the option to put all points on test. I'm testing thinking that all zones are on test then out of the blue the fire trucks show up. This is incredibly bad for business. Please get a fix for this as soon as possible.

Does not work

I love the APP but I'm having one problem. When I put a system in test and on my phone it shows all the zones selected OK but it doesn't put all of them in test. Our central station has more zones that are listed on the MASmobile. Please help.

Does not work. Just changed from a windows phone to Samsung Note 4 so I would be able to use this app. And it does not work. I cannot access settings. VERY ANNOYED.

Doesn't work after latest release

Use this every day to check signals of installs from my techs and also quick to search for customers address and contact numbers. UPDATE. It would be great if we could search customers by city as most of the time by first or last name they wont show

I have a hard time reading the words . any ideas? Updated verizon Galaxy S3 not rooted Verizon loaded it and put in device manager then it disapeared so should it be or not ? After update it working to its full potential Or should have been in developer mode the 2nd time. Since its not shown under device manager if yes tell all users what to do thank you . This beat the way I use to do it tethered laptop

When custom logo will be shown properly? Two years after reported the application still shows almost a dot instead of our logo. It also needs to be updated to new design guidelines by Google. It's 2014!

When selecting system test on my Galaxy Note 2, not all zones are put on test and this has caught me out a few times. Can this be rectified?

This app makes my work so much easier. I don't have to call CS every time I want a system on test, or to check events. Maybe a refresh button for events is not that bad of an idea. BTW, what is that last setting? What does custom banner do?

Since last 2 updates you are no longer able to alter the duration the system is on test. Please explain this change.
