Mary Kay myCustomers+ for Android
I am not able to log in. While logged into intouch on my computer I am able to use my customers, however when logging into the app it says my account is not authorized to use the app. If I can use customers on intouch why am I not able to log into the app??
This app makes my job of keeping track of customers, their orders and my inventory super simple. It also helps me kerp their information at my fingertips when out and about.
This app let me do my business anywhere without having to worry about anything. I can give customers any information they need and I can even add customers and everything. It is amazing!
This app is not user friendly for the computer challenged consultant.
For someone that struggles with being organized, this app has helped me tremendously!
You can manage your customers and inventory simultaneously.

The app is great but after the most recent update, I can't email my customers their receipts. I get an error message saying there is nothing to attach to the email. Please fix!
I'm still having a lot of trouble as an android user. I still can't send a cds order on my app. I always use propay so maybe that's not integrated. I also can't email invoices to my customers. When i try to do it gmail says that it can't attach an empty file. Other things about the app are great.
The login issue was fixed, but now I can't add my inventory from bar codes on boxes. It let me add one, then wouldn't add anymore after that.
Disappointed...while editing my customer info to add tags half my addresses have been deleted. Only half because once I noticed it was happening, I quit editing tags.
This app does everything. It's beautiful.
I've been able to log in once and since then it won't let me get past the log in screen. Just received my inventory and would like to use this app do track it so I am a little disappointed. I hope the app works again soon.
I was super excited to try this app, but it won't let me log in. It keeps giving me an error message and then closes or goes back to the login screen. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it is still doing the same thing.

Won't let me log in. I have used this app before and really like it but I might give up on it because I have waited around a week now for the issue to be fixed and it still hasn't.
It is not allowing me past the "create a pin" screen. An error continues to appear.
The day after I downloaded it, an update began keeping me from using it. I can't log in at all, and it's quite the hindrance.

I LOVE this app and it has really helped me be more organized. I still can't seem to scan products (it almost always registers as the wrong product), but the barcodes from my inventory shipments scan just fine. Can't wait till that bug is fixed and I can scan products!
