Similar to the other Marvel app, try logging into my account, can't, so I follow the prompts and try multiple times. Nope. Logging into your app is more difficult than hacking a voting machine in a presidential election.

What happened Marvel? At what point did selling out for your Cinematic Universe allow the destruction of so many good characters and storylines? I will say the app is wonderful

A buggy mess of an app. Has potential if some competent people were set to work on it.

Does it's job. 9.99 a month feels pricey but worth it compared to finding and buying the comic.

EDIT: I found a workaround to make offline reading work. Basically, you HAVE to make sure you see the red download progress bar go all the way up or otherwise there is no guarantee that the download has actually happened. Go to My Library and then Offline tab, and if you don't see the red progress bar reaching 100% there, then assume the download was not successful. Tap the comic, tap "remove from offline" and then immediately add it back on by tapping "read offline." Go back to My Library-Offline and make sure the progress bar moves. Just to double-check, go to airplane mode and see if you can access the comics. Don't even dream about queueing multiple downloads. Now my app review: Marvel Unlimited is an excellent service at a reasonable price. The app, which used to be a joke, has gone through significant updates and now is actually useable. The Smart Panel actually works. However, there is much room for improvement still. Following multiple series of comics is very cumbersome. There should be an option to follow the whole "series" instead of placing individual comic books in My Library. Once followed, the series should also notify you when new issues become available. Comics that have been read should be clearly marked as such. Offline reading should be streamlined as well (extremely buggy right now). There should be an option to automatically download new issues of "followed" series, just like podcasts. There is so much potential here but Marvel is squandering their valuable intellectual property behind this inaccessable and unintuitive heap of junk. It's like Marvel is deliberately discouraging you to read as many comics (is this a cynical ploy to make you turn to buy more comics?), which is a real shame. They need not just updates but a serious overhaul of this app.

I think they need to tell you upfront you need a 10$ a month subscription to even use this app.

Boy, it'd be nice if you could long press on a comic or series to mark it as read or add it to your library.

Great app, love that it zooms into each panel so it's easier to read. Just had a problem with it keeping my place in the comic if I close the app, sometimes it would skip to the end or just not remember I was reading it at all

Was a waste of my time, was unable to create my account. Even asked me to reset my Facebook password. And after everything I still couldn't sign in. So you know what. Keep your app. Thanks for wasting my data.

Several long-awaited fixes have rolled with this version, but - as with previous releases - whenever they fix something, other functionality seems to break. This time around, the app can't remember nor display my library very well; comics I added will disappear... only to reappear the next time i open the app. Other titles will be duplicated or triplicated in my library. Marvel Unlimited could be such a great service, but the app continues to have problems.

Would like to see an option to bookmark each series I am reading instead of individual books in a series. Would help keep track of what was last read and when the next book in the series is available.

Latest update on Android, when I re-open a comic I was reading it will often open to the last page (often spoiling the story). Or it won't open at all and automatically opens the next issue. Also getting grey pages when rotating the screen. This app is great value for the money but the ongoing 1 step forward, 2 steps back with your bug fixes are getting tiresome.

Best thing ever in terms of content. Only a few comics not available that I would like to see.

It seems the app works when it wants to work, it was fine for a day or 2 and then when you go into the app it just has it's loading swirl can't get into the account or sign out to sign back in, I tried uninstalling the app doesn't work so it looks like I won't be staying a member of something that sorta works which is a shame because it's a good service when it works.

It seems like a complete waste of time buying the subscription

Latest update broke the currently reading feature. It no longer shows the very most recent one and so I have to re-open the one before that to find the next in the reading order and then run another search just to pickup where I left off, ugh

It used to work on my Samsung galaxy 10 tablet. Ive spent all year trying to get their tech support to advise what the issue is to no avail. This sucks for having paid a year subscription.

Best comic book app I've ever used!That monthly cost is easy to stop, and you get a lot more bang for your buck than the others I've tried. With the others you get either a small selection of a few issues for their monthly cost, or you have to pay per single issue. With Marvel you get almost everything they have ever made up until the current year. With a back stock like that to choose from I've never run out of stuff to read or catch up on! You can read a few good stories, or you can read the entire continuity if you are a huge nerd like me!

Update: The app is fantastic now. I never have any loading problems anymore. The only things I would like to see are the ability to create multiple "playlists" within my library so my wife and I can keep track of what we're reading separately and the ability to select a number of books at once and add to library rather than opening each individual one. Great app overall and totally worth the price.

Marvel Unlimited is an amazing find. An endless selection of the greatest comics of all-time. Thanks for that. But, this app... I can't even describe it. Quite possibly one of the worse apps I've seen from a huge, profitable corporation. An infinite amount of bugs, some serious lag, a needlessly complicated and outdated UI, and the worst excuse for an "offline" feature I've experienced. This development team needs to be re-trained or replaced, because these issues should not be happening a couple of years into the life of this app. I'll be cancelling the service soon.

Wouldnt know because it asks you to login with google, then insists on linking ot with an account and. Then makes you kerp resetting pw, useless

Great service, the interface has a few issues, and reading crossover stories can be a big pain, but it's a godsend for Marvel comic fans who want to read classic stories.

The subscription is a good value, but the app is not good. I have had many, many issues with it.
