When I tried to check my shipment it doesn't show any results. Even when I did try their customer service number it was more than 10 mins hold time and still did not reach to the customer care. Who care about u idiots first improve u r serve before getting shipments from customers

I booked doc from Raigarh for Mumbai and they handed over me next day. I don't understand that how they sent it to Mumbai. I booked shipment in their fast track service and same day in next train I moved to Mumbai. When I reached my office my packet is at my company. Too surprised. I never seen this type of service with any other courier company. I appreciate the service even I got an msg on delivery of shipment.... Keep it up... Blessing to company from my side....
