Servizapp is a real time dashboard of MSIL Service performance in various key parameters. It provides overall insight on Appointments, Complaints, Holdups, Load Growth etc. to help plan supply.
The App provides access to user based on geographical control area and can show slices of data with suitable drill down options and, thus strengthens the coordination of the Field Team and Dealers.
