App won't let me register as a new customer. I put card # in, app say " number not valid ". Just used card there last week ?. Seems app has bad reviews from others. So thought I would still try to register. Like they all said. Terrible app.

Terrible app, always kicks you out. When you load an offer have the time they don't work in the store. I am done with this store because of the app. I like shopping here, to much work to keep track if you are getting a deal or not.

I'm always forgetting to use coupons that I clip so this really helps me save money at the grocery store

Sooooooo tired of this app working (for the most part) at home, then NOT working once in the store! Oh, and WHY OH WHY does the Shopping List no longer work?! Fix it!!

Old app. was better. This one keeps shuttin down, takes hours to look at coupons cuz of this. Tech support hasnt been helpful, they say its my phone but does this on others to. Sometimes the downloads dont come off and you have to go to service desk to correct this. Way to stressful..too bad cuz its a nice store. Please fix the app. so it can be useful.

Every time I go to look at the coupons the app shuts down. It lasts for a few seconds then closes. I really liked this app at first it does save me money but I can't use it if it keeps kicking me off. PLEASE FIX THIS!

The digital coupons are terrible. There is no way to do a search or view by category. You have to scroll through hundreds to find ones you would use. Viewing 2 coupons at a time on a phone screen makes this very time consuming. Much rather clip paper coupons.

It kept telling me to update critical information but when I clicked on the link it sent me back to the log in page. I never got to use the app and I'm done trying. Good thing I don't really shop there anyway.

I have been using this app for awhile now all it wants to do is shut down. Please fix this

It's broken.. Will not open, just stays on opening page and spins.. Please fix it

App does not work properly. App will not open. Tech support no help.... Why advertise coupons that as a consumer we can't access??

Won't load any coupons, let me look at rewards and constantly shutting down.

Coupons won't work

This is the second time trying out the app. First time I didn't exist or have a bonus card. Gave up. This time (after maybe a year) I tried again and wow I exist! I set up my account, created a password and tried to sign in. Nope. The "sign in" button doesn't work. So I have an email saying I've successfully created an account, blah blah but the app doesn't even work? Grr. Frustrating!!

Poor Design. Takes coupon that you clip too long to disappear and then you think your clipping one item and it moves on you and so a different item is clipped instead. Not worth the time and frustration. Other stores have better apps.

Frustrating! If you can get to the login screen, and if you can get logged in, you can get some great savings. But, most of the time, I can't get past the first two steps. Takes for ever to load and then you enter your credentials, and it does nothing. No errors, but not logged in either.

Needed to find an item in store and was not able too

I guess it loaded the deals on my card, but oh my, these people have no idea how to make an app. It would look good on a computer, but needing to sidescroll on a phone? Zero responsive design, makes it very hard to use. And no option to remain logged in from one session to another. Poorly done. Also, the coupon on the paper said to add it thru the app, but it was not available in the app, so I need to cut the coupon out of the paper. UPDATE: So after five times, it suddenly starts opening in the REAL app, which actually looks and operates the way an app is supposed to. But there would is still no way to load the 4x gas coupon promoted in the paper circular.

Not like an app, was just like navigating the websote, which made it difficult. Screenshots for app are deceiving.

Good deals... coupons wont sort and wont come off after used

The app tells I don't exist and don't have a bonus card. I have both.

The coupons don't come off when you scan your card a lot!! When you use the coupons they stay on your list so you don't know which one's there or not. That's the main reason I downloaded the app. is for the coupons. If this was fixed I would give it a 5 because that's the only problem I've had with the app.

The only contact info in the app is a phone number - completely useless to deaf/hoh customers. also, how do you change the card # in the app?

Would not let me create an account. Continuing as guest did not allow me to search for a product or select a store.

Need to get those USED COUPONS OFF! Annoying af.

Can't log in, many people are having the same problem. Won't allow me to type my username or password in.

It wouldn't even allow me to open the app. I un and re installed it three times

Doesn't work at all

First of all, its showing wrong card. When I check my profiles online, it shows correct info. Not sure how card is getting populated within app. There is no option to update card number. If you try to scan the card at counter, it doesn't work either . Waste of time.

For two days now I am unable to even get in to the app. Super frustrating!

I already have an account, tried to sign in just a blank white page, no where to sign in

I don't need to go anymore to the store and get the ads for the week. Now I just look through the ads in my phone. It's a time saver and money saver.

I try my account number and it says that there an issue with it. So I try to create a new account and both my emails were im use. I was just trying to save 5$ on my purchase. I was so upset by the time I wasted, I delete the app not it.
