The application is a powerful near real time mechanism for consuming communication data anywhere, anytime. Subscribers of the RSI Shadow Mobile Connector which includes Shadow CMS Enterprise, Shadow RTD Real Time Dashboard, Shadow OSN Onsite Notification and Shadow CRM Integrator can benefit from notifications and statistics delivered to their mobile device. Customers of RSI products may subscribe to private notifications from their own applications including critical statistics, queue information, and usage information.
