All advanced postures are locked, so creating your own plan isnt great for someone who's already a step further then basics...you will constanly have hidden payments, which doesnt make much fun when all you want to do is practice, neither is it the real idea of Yoga!

Great app. As a beginner, it it so helpful to have the videos and individual explanation for positions. Also, when I had a problem with the app, I e-mailed the tech support and my issue was addressed and resolved with 24 hours! All around great!

It's probably a great app but each lesson is like $5 unless you share the app on facebook or twitter (I dislike joining my socal accounts to game apps) and even that is only for 14 days

Courses and classes are very good to start with OR advance yoga practice. You can customize and make your own class which is the best feature of this app. Video has soothing music in background. Love it! It has all level of asanas. Keep on unlocking new ones. Also, very easy to use. If videos had voice over for the pose instructions, it would 'perfect'.
