Can't log in 'unknown email address or password'. Get your act together developers or get someone who knows how to write an app that works to fix it for you. Uninstalled until it's fixed, although going by other feedback it's been like this since 2013 :(

Suppose it is a great app, too bad it doesn't recognise my username or password. So from a usability point of view is a poor app.

Can't sign in even though I've already followed the relevant instructions, re-checked and re-typed my password and email 3 times yet it still says 'unknown email or password', hope to get a fix soon but no doubt, this app is a pretty novel idea, definitely makes things much more convenient for us shoppers and of course, for you guys too=) edit: issue appears to be resolved but only after logging in to your website via the internet browser, but there may still be underlying technical issues with the app.
