Just a little bit buggy. I tried to buy a second lot of vouchers and the app automatically disabled my account. Seems a great idea but it's not as user friendly as it could be. Also, they really should offer an expedited courier service for vouchers in 24 hours. I'm trying to buy a new bike and the idea of buying £200 of vouchers every 24 hours for 3 days then waiting 10 working days for each lot to arrive makes it less user friendly.

Unable to sign in by any method offered after the last update. Used once previously before Christmas which went smoothly.

The button to proceed after entering your discount level didn't work at first, but after logging out and going back in it worked fine and I sold my voucher within 30 mins.

Extremely buggy app. Poor customer service. They couldn't even find my account after I purchased a voucher. You get a number of different profiles when signing in to the same email. It's shocking that this is advertised on the TV!

This is the most frustrating app! I would love to use it if it recognised that I had signed in. After 8 sign in attemptsband follow up emails the app still does not recognise that my email has already been submitted.

Not bad, i got codes accepted and card arrived quite quickly. Not quite such high discounts as i had with a previous employer but not bad. Worth having. Just about to try and use it again. Will let you know how it goes.

One of the worst apps I've evr seen. Won't let me use the referral code and mowed shows I'm a old customer. Thanks for reply but i'm a new 1st time customer and the referral didn't work for me. 30/01/17

Really irritating after I installed the update. Won't let me log in then it will through Facebook then it logs me out and says I don't exist. I was planning on using it to save for Xmas but don't trust it to let me back in once I have bought a voucher. A shame because I used it loads before xmas this year.

I've used the service a while now, and each app update just seems to make it worse, the latest issue is phone verification, just doesn't seem to work.

Don't force me to download your app. Edit 2 - Again did you even try to open the website on a mobile browser? I bet you didn't did you... Edit - Not only did you read my name wrong but you obviously don't even know your own website. When using mobile you cannot use your website on the phone it forces you to download the application, even when requesting a desktop site.

Referals don't work, so you need to contact them for the 5 pounds credit you deserve. Referring anyone in your house will block the accounts, and it's just a hassle. The support is very fast but they sometimes reply as if they didn't even read your message.

So I literally just reviewed this with a pretty bad review. I got a response very quickly and my problem resolved. This app is very good and has excellent customer service should you ever have a problem :) highly recommended

If you want the faff, you can save possibly 30 pence. But nothing like advertised on TV or the app screenshots. All I see is 1% off and 3% off, but nothing above that. I know it changes often, so maybe my review may change. Until then, I don't feel that it is worth my time
