Holiday Autos – Car Hire App

Completely useless app as cannot access voucher unless online. Should be able to download voucher to my device to use when offline. Also when I rang to query this I was told some suppliers won't accept digital voucher anyway so have to print it out on paper. What a joke in this day & age!

Thanks for the email about your app. I do however have a problem with it. The only way I seem to be able to access my bookings is to click in "manage bookings". It then goes online to find the booking. The problem is when I arrive in a foreign country I won't have internet access until I can buy a local SIM card so I won't be able to access the booking. The only way I can see to sort this out is to download the voucher to my phone. In which case I don't need the App!

Bookings appear to go smoothly, but when you show up at the rental location and there are issues, you can throw your voucher away. Money gone for good. Bookings are done via cartrawler so just Google them with scam or review, and you will see...

Only just downloaded this app, after making a reservation via website. Keep getting message saying that the app is unable to connect to their server. 2 things about this: (i) it does connect eventually, so the message is inaccurate although it keeps appearing as I navigate through the app; (ii) if there is an issue with the server, why has the primary server not failed over to the secondary server? In addition, the print this voucher button does not work.

Sorry to say but their prices starts from £250 other website £175. No point to keeping this app.

What is the point of this app? If you still need an active Internet connection to pull down your voucher, this app is basically useless...

Utterly utterly useless Pp. Installed it, put my booking details into it ( several times ) and all it comes back with is an SSL error. Complete waste of my time and bandwith

I found the car I wanted at a great price, easy! And the app is really user friendly!

Just doesn't work. Uninstalled reinstalled then gives a certificate error when I try to add my booking
