I wouldn't use this app or the company, absolute joke! Told us we would be getting a vw golf or simalar to be given a Citroen cactus, worst car I've ever driven and nothing like he golf. I have complained about this and they are unable to refund any of the money. Completely mis sold. If there was a chance that I was going to be given a Citroen cactus I wouldn't of bothered.

Does exactly what it needs to. Argus are part of Holiday Autos (but often cheaper because they have their own additional suppliers) and I use them regularly. Almost always getting a Hertz car for around half what I would pay if I went direct. This app makes booking and managing my booking easy. Highly recommended.

Just to mention it's only about the app, not the arguscarhire services here. I eventually got this app downloaded and installed while I was back in Qatar so by default the app language got set to Arabic. Since then, everytime I try to make a booking here I need to try to switch to English and eventually to € as almost everything I rent is in Europe. But no chance, it crashes all the time I'm trying that move so yeah... I'm using it just to store the bookings I do on my computer. :(

Crashes every time you open the app. Cannot access your bookings. Come on developers. Get it sorted.

App is ok but not great. My main issue is that bookings and vouchers cannot be downloaded and viewed offline - this seems like a strange omission for an app that will often be used abroad... Other than that seems to function ok

This app is useless just refuses to recognise email address or booking number

Cool app with great deal for car rental. I have to admit it has got lots of features unlike any other app.love it.

Well it didn't seem able to find my booking despite trying with my email and booking reference over three days. Will be uninstalling

Kept crashing on galaxy s7 . When it didn't it just displayed a blank booking.

Findind the car hire at lowest price. Must have this app on your device.

App OK. Company awful. Avoid at all costs. Check out Argus Car Hire on TripAdvisor. I need say no more. Awful service unless you just want to give them money they couldn't cate less.

Terrible app. "My bookings" is always empty, you have to search for the booking via the reference number every time you want to see it. "Print Voucher" doesn't do anything. Selecting currency options crashes the app. The app is advertised as an alternative to the paper voucher, but the first thing it says is that you have to print the voucher anyway, although it doesn't work.

the paperless booking voucher is an amazing usp of the ArgusCarHire app

the many cars available at the ArgusCarHire app are always clean

Useless. Put in my booking number and email, hit the submit button, and nothing happens, except a page asking for the same information flashes up for a second and then disappears, leaving a blank screen.

The app is fine and works smoothly but I cannot log in to my account with it. It's purely for booking cars. I've booked around 30 hire cards in the past 18 months and the argus brokers are always the cheapest cars.

I've used arguscarhire successfully for a long time but this app is awful. I've deleted it already

The same apps and engines already exist by your (CT) resellers, but you feel compelled to compete with them, with an obvious dishonest advantage. Awful practice.
