Reír y sonreír tiene un efecto positivo en nuestro bienestar, pero a medida que hacemos la transición de niño a adulto, tendemos a perder la costumbre de practicar estas conductas.


Un buen ejemplo de esto lo podemos ver en un parque infantil: a menudo vemos a los niños corriendo y riendo mientras disfrutan el momento, por otro lado los padres se sientan alrededor, llenos de las tensiones de la vida moderna, apenas sonriendo de vez en cuando para romper sus graves expresiones faciales.
