Would like to be able to print completed work from app. Also would like to be able to delete favorite chemicals in app.

I like this app better than the latest version. I would prefer if this version had the signature setup like the new version and calender setup like the new version. It is easier to use and quicker to get to materials and pest evidence choices. Would also prefer if the number setup would be for location around the globe as it is only setup for USA number format. Although you can get away with it a little with this version. Very good app, continue improving and well done.

There seems no way to exit the app, unless you go through task manager. Needs away to multi edit, too many taps of the screen just to get something done, favorites never save correctly - doesn't save exactly what you want it to save. I agree with others about keeping notes and reminder settings. Actually, it kinda needs a lot of things still. The app is like 75% complete.

This app seems to be getting crappier. I used to be able to search customers in the future. Now it will only lets me look at customers from today's work. Also, today is the end of the month and it used to show tomorrow's work but is no longer is allowing me to view tomorrow's work. Therefore I cannot contact my customers to remind them of their service.

More reliable than newer prettier version but still with its faults. Don't complain about something that is obviously a user issue and not set up correctly by your office administrator.

Would the re open button back and also unable to process card payments

Always showing error when I login and try to refresh. Input for chemicals won't be able to submit.

We have been using pestpac for years and it is by far the best PCO system. I love it!!!

The app does work. Needs to be a search tab for when you apply materials. The biggest issue is the overall sluggishness of the app. Can play a high level game on the phone with zero issue an but have to deal with freezing and delays an having to tap things multiple times in a simple app like this

App continues to crash and closes down. It is extremely frustrating! Please update app and fix that for android and apple!

Why in the world are we forced to scan each subterranean termite station now, instead of just hitting save? This adds so much time to an inspection that we now have to remove an appointment from any day we have an inspection on, causing us to lose money.

This application is consistently slow and buggy. The worse part is when you call the customer service number. They make you feel like you are the only one in the world experiencing a problem with their system. Techs need to be able to go back into a word order to edit mistakes and there should be more of an edit possibility. You cant even add favorites under the favorites tab in certain sections. Not to mention how slow the response time is, ive ran this app on the iPhone 5c and a Samsung Galaxy s6.. :(

For some reason it's showing all my jobs 8 hrs ahead of what my home office is scheduling it at. For instance, if my office schedules a job 8am hawaii time, it shows 4pm on my galaxy. Thats my only complaint. Otherwise, a great app very user friendly. PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS ISSUE!!!!! Still no response as to any fix to this issue.

Having isues with the create button constantly being greyed out making me have to go back and redo what I've just put in. Also when i save a favorite it won't remember the equipment i saved it always resets. Also would be nice to be able to save multiple pests to favorites and not just the first one alphabetically you selected. And it would be nice to be able to print a cover sheet from the handheld for my daily use instead of having to get one from the office, i like to have a print out of my daily stops.

Would be nice for the tech to be able to add/delete route notes instead of having to depend on the office. All we get is service instructions that are generated and controlled from the office staff. If a customer provides you a gate code or other specific instructions you as a tech cannot input them, at least on our phones we cant. We have to rely on the office. Also if we can add things to the favorites menu then why can't we delete them.

If i am entering products simultaneously, the create button won't be highlighted so I can save it. So I have to go back and switch to another page. And go back then it'll be highlighted. Super annoying. It has a lot of random bugs as well.

You can click reschedule and change the time and date but when you close it the date and time you selected changes. Its pretty frustrating

Is not field tech friendly, requires fairly mundane redundant taps to accomplish completion of required inputs!

"Create" button stays greyed out. Would be great if we could make a list or customizable batch of favorites instead of having to select each product one by one each time

We need a field for adding quick little notes for ONLY us to see, not the customer. We need to be able to add a temporary note such as: "Call back on June 9" Please try to work this in. Also, can you make it so the user will go back to 'search results' after clicking on an account in the search list - then pushing the back button? Currently if you have a list of items from a search, and click on one, then try to go back - you are kicked out of the search list entirely.

Worst app ever. Runs sluggish on the newest premium phones. The signature feature makes all customers signatures look like it was written by a toddler. Runs as fast as a slug. Saved material favorites never keep all of the information. Inability to edit comment favorites, just remove them. No title option for a comment favorite. Runs like crap. This app was designed by a C average ITT Tech grad. Buy out Gorilla Desk and make our lives easier for Christ's sake.

Still can't see number of appointments per day. Seems like no one listens, plenty of complaints on this.

Always updated

This is a big deal when planning my days. When I hit calendar I like to see the total number of appointments per day so I can quickly know how much work I have or if anything has changed since the last time I looked. Please fix this as soon as possible. I'm sure other have this issue as well.

Drains the battery. Have to force stop to save battery life. Would be nice to see your location when you look at the map. But I'm sure that would drain the battery even more. Not that great of an app for the money spent.

The only complaint I have is that since the last update, I can no longer see the number of appointments I have for the day. Instead, I have to open each day and count the individual appointments

I really like this app since I can easily see notes about an account, create a memo to office within the account, and run card payments. So, much better than using paper. I like that you can take a picture and it uploads to the account, however, the resolution is too low for a snap shot of a paper form like when I do a termite inspection. We have to manually upload from the office end to the account n order for it to be readable. The sketch tool is difficult to use also.

After this app switch from marathon data to pestpac Mobile invoices only are shown as a aspx. If I don't close chrome and the viewer and I want to open a new invoice it will come up as the first invoice. after I close all the other windows the app opens up at today's schedules appointments then I have to select the appointment that I'm at hit activities hit done then select the option after that that I want. A real waste of time.

I love using the app in the field compared to the older hand held unit. Biggest problem I have is with scanning bar codes. Doesn't pick up on older worn codes. No way to enter bar code number manually. Also eats a lot of battery when scanning so I suggest always having a portable back up charger with you.

Pretty accurate. Works well on my new phone, just takes forever to download on my Android Turbo 2 that my awesome boss Jonathan Stover owner of Pest Bear supplied us with. Thank you Jon.

Somebody needs to learn about time motion studies. There are often unnecessary steps required to get to the needed menu. Example: I want to log into a customer. I tap search order. I see the place to tap to bring up the keyboard. Why do I need to tap that? There are no other options, nor should there be.so why does it not automatically bring up the keyboard when u are at this point. Over all, I like the program very much.
