Bike Montreal

Bike Montreal is a work in progress aiming to provide the Montreal cycling community with a valuable resource.

This app is currently nothing more than a very early proof-of-concept draft.

We decided to launch at this extremely early development stage for two primary reasons:

To start collecting ideas and data that Montreal’s cycling community would like to have available at its fingertips.

To make available to all Montrealers, georeferenced markers identifying areas of the island’s road network particularly dangerous for cyclists. This is done in the hope that maybe it can help avoid tragic accidents such as the one that took the life of Mathilde Blais on Monday April 28th 2014.
