Makarna Lütfen

Makarna, Lütfen!’in hikayesi, makarnanın Akdeniz’de keşfinden çok çok sonra 2011’de başladı. Aklıma sebze ile makarnayı birleştirmenin düştüğü o ilk günlerde önceliğim aile beslenmesine daha fazla sebze katmaktı. Bir de annelik adına ara verdiğim 15 yıllık gıda mühendisliği kariyerime güzel bir dönüş yapmak istiyordum.

Şimdi geriye bakınca kafamın içinde dolaşan bu sorulara cevaplamam için üç şeyin canımı sıkması gerekiyormuş meğer :

-Bir kilo ıspanağı aldığın gibi çürütmeden yıkamak gerek. Onun için de en az 35 dakika ve litrelerce su harcamak lazım. Bir de üstüne insanın beli ağrıyor.

-Yabancı yemek programlarında gördüğüm sağlıklı, lezzetli ve pratik çözümler Türkiye’de yok ve hatta hiç gelmeyecek.

-Bizim evde kerevizi, brokoliyi sadece ben yiyorum, bir şey yapmam lazım.

Yaptım da. Kerevizi bir güzel haşlayıp, püre haline getirdim, tam buğday unu ile karışıtırıp ev eriştesi yaptım. Kerevizin kokusunu evi havalandırıp kaybettim, akşama erişteyi çok soslamadan sofraya koydum.

Ve zafer!!

Kerevizli eriştem, baş gurmem eşim tarafından pek beğenildi.

Hikayenin bundan sonrasını bir film misali hızla geçiyorum. En başta undan vazgeçip daha besleyici olduğu için irmik kullanmaya başladım. Farklı sebzeleri çeşitli oranlarda denedim. Hazırlaması zahmetli olabilen kereviz, ıspanak ve brokolide karar kıldım. Sebzelerin tadının makarna içerisinde eriyip gideceği en yüksek oranı tutturdum. Bunlar yetmedi diyabetler de diyet yapanlar da makarnadan uzak kalmasınlar diye Sebzeli Tam Buğday Makarnasını hazırladım. Kim denediyse çok beğendi, mutlaka piyasaya çıkarmam gerektiğini söyledi. Olur mu olmaz mı, becerir miyim beceremez miyim soruları yavaş yavaş o kadar da korkutucu gelmemeye başladı.

Gıda üretimi ve satışı tek kişilik bir iş değildir. Fikir seviyesinden fiiliyata geçerken birinci tekilden birinci çoğula döndü tabi özneler.
