KPIG Online Radio

Love KPIG, but not the app is no longer functioning.. It worked reasonably on my Galaxy S4 but after upgrading to an S8 it will only play for about 40 seconds before going silent, also seems to buffer longer. I'm not sure if it's the app or something in the OS. It appears that I am not the only one with this issue. I hope that the developers will fix.

Works great on my Galaxy S3. Rarely any buffering, If so, its my carrier, not KPIG. Surprisingly light on bandwidth usage. Been listening to KPIG off&on for years streaming on PC - this is the best way to get it. Really miss Travis. He was like my favorite grumpy yet fascinating Uncle. RIP.

Unbelievable how bad this app is. I've been listening to the pig on the radio since 1994. Moved out of town years ago and was hoping that this Triton Digital app would work. It doesn't. The engineers at Triton need to to take a refresher course on buffering. Pandora works great on my Samsung with AT&T. The pig runs for about 30 seconds then drops.

Music, DJs and station are awesome. App needs work: it often stops playing after a couple of minutes, and I need to stop and restart it. Never have this problem when listening on the web.

I gladly pay $50 year to stream 'the Pig.' but when i upgraded my phone to Android 7.0 it isnt compatible yet and i get no answer as to when it may be. nothing for that and that alone...4 stars GREAT station, though :)

App works fine on my S7 using wireless or 4gLTE and $5.00 a month for a pig in my ear is no issue at all... Been listening since it was KFAT in Gilroy and still the best damn little radio station in Merica.

Cannot stream anymore since switching phones from old Samsung galaxy to new LG V20 w/Android nougat 7.0. Hope there is an app update in the works (please). East coast listener here that would like to maintain mobile streaming capabilities.

I used this app all the time and suddenly a few weeks ago it stopped working after an android update. I uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck. So disappointed. Just buffers and then stops altogether. Please fix it!!!!!

I have listened to Kpig for nine or ten years. I love this station. I do not love this app. It doesn't work very well most of he time and it doesn't work at all the other half.

Can't get app.

One of the last REAL radio stations left. No clowns in the morning laughing at their own jokes and playing what SONY wants them to play. If I lived over the hill and could pick up their signal I'd still pay the $4+/Month ($50/yr) to skip the commercials. One of these days I'll pop in and get a gander at this sacred place. If they had a channel on XM/Sirius, it'd be a knock out hit. Course ya gotta like Americana...

I remember the last days of this station before the new business/Corp model, it ended with a very good DJ telling us what to expect. If i don't hear any angry hippies reading poems and local adverts then I'm uninstalling.

Great station but seriously? You gotta pay? Thanks but no Thanks il stick to listening to the radio once evry couple a months when I am in range. KPIG needs to learn how to get it right

It worked twice then stopped working. I have not changed and have verified it by logging in the web site.

Only issue is my Android phone cannot stream at work... the app devs should look at how other audio streaming apps do it because ONLY KPIG is blocked. My old iPod does stream at work, and no way am I updating the OS on it.

I have been waiting for this for a long time :-) Long live the PIG!!! Oink Oink!!!

I listen to KPIG whenever I am in the Santa Cruz or SLO area and love it. I also used to listen to the station in Piedmont. The bad parts are: 1) sometimes it works fine but other times it just says buffering. 2) If the phone rings the music doesn't seem to silent correctly and I can't hear the call. 3) Lots of skipping on my car for a few minutes and then it is OK. Pandora doesn't do this. 4) If I'm listening in the car and disconnect the bluetooth it switches to the phone speaker instead of stopping. 5) No way to quit the app. 6) It would be nice if it would show the song and artist on my car display. I'm going to get a 6 month subscription and hopefully things will get better or it's back to Pandora

I wrote a 1-star review a couple of weeks ago, but since then, KPIG must have fixed their streaming--it is flawless now, and I can listen to the Pig on my way to and from work without any trouble at all. Thanks, piggies!

I listen to this every time I'm in my truck, love having the app so I can get my pig music wherever I have service! Although it stops playing occasionally, all I have to do is press play again.

Using a Droid Razr and WiFi. Installed it 5 times so far. Tried to use it 5 times so far. It played for about thirty seconds before stopping each time. Uninstalled again. I don't know if the problem is with the APP or the phone OS but I did see several other users with the same problem. Too bad as the station is great and I listen to it on my home computer often. It'd be great to take it out of the house.

Works pretty well. Occasionally stops randomly, very piggy. But at least its the Pig

This is not computer generated music. Real people playing good tunes. Long live the pig. Keeping Laura Hooper's dream alive.

$5 a month for one radio station? Get over yourselves.
