I have all the updated pdf readers installed. It says all your claim downloads can't be opened cuz they are in wrong format. I'm using Samsung GALAXY s5

I've had this app on my Galaxy s4 work perfectly, upgraded to the Galaxy Note 5 and now it cannot read the Adobe Reader downloads from your app keep saying that it's an an an improper format please fix this

App has stopped working completely. Won't allow me to log in, tells me username and password incorrect but when I use the same username and password on the company website it works.

App has a lot of potential, but usability is significantly lacking because of the lack of a common, central menu. Have to use phone back button and crawl back through previous screens. Very cumbersome. Hope this improves with future releases...

Telling me to update my account won't tell me how. I need to pay my bills.

Every time I try to log in with my user name and password it's telling me, it's the incorrect one. I am using the same one that I used to log in on the Web and I am it won't let me.

Before, I couldn't enter payment info. Now I can't sign on, saying my info is wrong. Tried changing password, re-installing -nothing.

I always appreciate when companies make it easier for me to take care of my responsibilities.

It will not let me enter information when trying to make a payment via credit card. I have found that copying and pasting into the fields will work however it is very inconvenient.

I've updated to the new login/website. Even though the app said it will work I cannot log in. Uninstalled.

Every once in a while it wont let me type in my payment info and it is really annoying. All i want to do is pay my bill :(

Main reason I downloaded was to pay bill. To pay your bill via phone you are charged a fee! Just login on a computer and avoid the fee!

I use this app to pay my bills. Its okay, it mostly just is an app that opens up the bill pay page online. i wish i could get a pish notification when a bill is due. My biggest problem with the app is that I can't view my policy information. When I download the PDF, it has a form that is supposed to show all my coverage info, but all the spots are blank. That's useless! Also, why can't it be called commerce insurance?
