This app acts as a combined portal to open house inspection events listed by the major real estate advertisers by showing these events on a four dimensional map. Using this map, users not only can browse the map along the x and y dimension but also easily browse along the time dimension to display only the events that are overlapping with the time window specified using a time scale slider.
This tool makes it very easy to locate all the properties that are open for inspection in an area within your scheduled time slot. You will be able to pick the properties to visit very quickly using this mobile app so that you will never overlook any other opportunities in that same time and location you are visiting.
Another notable feature is the markers for denoting property locations may be chosen to reflect certain attribute of the property. For example a property may be shown on the map according to its building type, number of bedroom, buy or rent market, price information, publisher source etc. This allows quick overview on the properties even when looking at the map view. Properties markers can also be easily shown or hidden by clicking on the relevant filters.
This premier release provides an easy portal access to all the open houses in Australia that are advertised by the major publishers. This means you no longer need to sieve through individual publishers' web sites in order to find all the different properties opening for inspection.
