Ci sono persone che non hanno mai compiuto grandi viaggi, persone che non sono mai andate in giro per il mondo e che non hanno mai attraversato terre e mari lontani; persone che sono sempre rimaste nell'ambito della loro città e che non hanno mai oltrepassato i confini della propria valle.
Eppure, se uno prova a mettersi sulle tracce di costoro scopre che il cammino che hanno percorso è di gran lunga più arduo e più difficile di tanti altri, per il semplice fatto che al piano orizzontale dei sentieri del mondo hanno preferito quello verticale delle vie di Dio.
Chiara di Assisi è una di questi ed è sui suoi passi che noi intendiamo andare.
