Guelph Multicultural 2014

The Guelph & District Multicultural Festival was originally started by the Multicultural Centre (now Immigrant Services) in 1978. For ten years the Multicultural Festival was held downtown. After a brief hiatus, the festival was revived and moved to Riverside Park over 17 years ago. Each year the Festival continues to grow and include more food vendors, craft vendors, performances & demonstrations. Guelph, and the surrounding area, is a diverse community with a wealth of cultural heritage. The Festival thrives because of the contribution of local community groups. The GDMF board and staff would like to sincerely thank all of the groups and individuals who are participating in the 2014 festival. In addition, we also thank all of the generous sponsors and supporters who help fund the Multicultural Festival each year.
