About Headphones Equalizer - Music & Bass Enhancer
With Headphones Equalizer and its set of tools, you will be able to create apply equalizations that will adapt to the headphones you are wearing. Any brand and model is supported!
Download the app and start adding new headphones to your stash. In the process you can choose to calibrate them with the automatic procedure or manually. To further tune your audio experience, use the bass boost and the correction attenuation.
Once you are set, start the equalizer and forget about it by activating the Autogenre function, Headphones Equalizer will try to retrieve the current artist genre.

- Headphone calibration: measure frequencies sound intensity to adjust the equalization
- Headphone profile equalization: set a base equalization to adapt the sound experience
- Headphone correction: switch this feature to automatically apply the profile equalization
- Headphone Equalizer Online: register to the app and start uploading your headphones profiles and custom equalization to share, save on the cloud and download
- Bass boost, Correction attenuation and Virtualizer: use the knobs to achieve the perfect sound for your ears
Bass, Midrange, Treble: use the three knob for a total audio control
- Autogenre: retrieve current song genre and switch equalization according to it (Premium)
- Integrated music player and system volume controls: manage the system volume and the default music player without leaving the app
- Quick notification access: use the notification to quickly change the current equalization or access the app
- Custom equalizations: add your equalization to the headphone list
- Backup and restore your headphone stash (restore only supported with Premium contents)

BILLING: to unlock Premium contents
BOOT: to activate the enable on device start option
INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: used for Autogenre, Headphone Equalizer Online and license verification
RECORD_AUDIO: used during the calibration process
CAPTURE_AUDIO_OUTPUT & MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS: used to make all audio enhancements and the visualizer works

When I first got the app on my S4 like a week ago it was great! I set up everything how I wanted it, and it sounded awesome. However, with these recent updates, the supposed 'fixes' to the equalizer bars seem to be just breaking them. I try to set 230 and 3k to -4 and 910 to +4, then it puts 230 at +7.5, 910 at +2, and 3k at -15. Also, the Correctional Software dial in Audio Tuning keeps setting itself at 75% without input when I previously had it turned off. So, while I definitely like the app, and would recommend it to anyone feeling disappointed by their phone's lack of audio adjustment options, I think it has some compatibility issues or something with the Galaxy S4. Edit: Thanks for the quick response, Devs! I reset in the settings, cleared data in app info, and now everything is working as it should be!

It is now acting strange. If I forget to switch this on when I start the music I get a message that it is synching and will start the song from the beginning. OK I am cool with that... Then I see this message when I'm not listening to music and it isn't even supposed to be running. There was been more than a couple of occasions where I am listening to music and I could hear a fast clicking sound. I opened the app and switched the EQ off. The clicking then became a hundred times worse. Please try to address this. I was thinking about paying for the full version but I am not sure I will continue using if this is how it goes.

Astounding app! I have this paired with AKG 550 MKII's and a"Boom Stick", all I can say is WOW!!! The bass response is amazing and the midrange and treble are great. Regardless of the genre of music this app performs beyond my expectations. You guys have gone and done it this time, this is a winner for sure! I recommend this app.

So far, so good. It is very versatile and brings out good quality sounds from what were fairly dull music files. I use it regularly in conjunction with my electric piano and it is a real asset. Not easy to store my own settings though. Would recommend

I have tried many equalizers that do not meet my expectations but this does. However one has to try all the features it can offer before one is satisfied. It took many times trying before I found the right settings for my JLAB Epic earbuds and I am glad that this equalizer delivered satisfaction
