Hanchu is a platform for buying and selling of pre owned console games. As a seller, you can upload your library of console games that you are done playing with. It allows you to set the price for your used games and let buyers decide which game to buy. It also allows you to sync your account with your PSN or Xbox Live Account which can then fetch the games automatically from the database. No requirement of manual entry of games.
As a buyer, you can look for pre-owned games from a good community of console gamers. You can filter the games by consoles, pricing, genre, etc and the app shows the most relevant result for your search. Once you find the second hand game that you are interested in, we will provide logistics and payment services to get you the pre-owned games at your doorstep. In case you didn’t get the game that you wanted or the game is not in good condition to play, we refund your money with strong user friendly return policy.
PLAY:

Hi I have made a purchase through the app after using my Google account login. But on your site I can't login using my email and there's no option for Google login. Anyway, my issue being I have placed an order for a game yday and it's not shipped yet etc and I now want to cancel it before I get.

Stupid app, stupid prices. All I can see are Ps4 launch games, which are 4 years old now. All they have is TLou, Gow ,Infamous at mind numbing prices. People are trying to sell God of war for ₹1600! No moderation by the developers, people are asking ridiculous prices. Moreover, the app asks for so many permissions, and still won't let me use my gallery for uploading photos.

The pages do not load. I have to apply the filters over and over again, even after applying the PS4 filter, PS Vita and other console games pop up. Patience is tested since even with a fast internet, searches and application of filters take a lot of time. Lot of work needs to be done on the app.

I loved the concept, but it missed a lot of features which a platform like that should have. For eg. You are new to market, it must have Cash on delivery feature and i feel like there should be more encouragemet for intodrucing more titles and low pricing by suggesting the actual market price on either online or retail market store not the MRPs.

Ordered a PS4 game this month. Please don't use aramex for shipping. I live in metro and they took 5 days to deliver an overnight parcel. What a shame (not your mistake but please avoid aramex). Also, packaging should be better. My game was wrapped in single layer of bubble wrap by a tape. Game cover (plastic box) was broken however game CD was good. It made my day when i started the game :). I forgot everything . Good platform for gamers and I will order again if they work on these issues.

But this is regarding the communication between the customer and Hanchu. I just ordered a game to purchase and I had to make an online payment for it and did it as well but the money is being withdrawn from my bank account but not yet received a message regarding the estimated date of arrival of the product which is being purchased. Hope this gets resolved for me buddy. And I've been given with 2 customer support numbers In the app and if the call it's said both the numbers are switched off! Hoping fr good

This platform is really a convenient way of reviewing the prices, and buying console games online. Definitely better than online stores like Amazon, and surely more convenient than running to the mall. I highly recommend this if you love videogames and grow bored of old ones soon.

I loved their service! Pretty amazing actually...didn't know it was gonna be this easy. I was sceptical at first but it was worth the risk. There are some issues in the app right now..like I can't see my orders and alerts don't show up. But those can be solved. This is definitely the most user friendly platform I've seen. Thank you.

Something's wrong with the app. It didn't let me login with Facebook, and whatever I do, it keeps bringing me to the landing page. I can't even scroll down without it bringing me back to the top. So, I'm using the One Plus Five 64gb model. Hope this helps.
