Eduardo Carranza

La aplicación “Eduardo Carranza” fue editada con motivo del Año Carranza, en el que el Ministerio de Cultura de Colombia y la Biblioteca Nacional conmemoran los 100 años del nacimiento del poeta colombiano.

Dentro de los actos conmemorativos del año, la familia Carranza donó a la Biblioteca Nacional el archivo personal del poeta, por lo que se incluyen fotos, cartas, recortes de prensa y manuscritos del autor, con los que se ilustran su vida (presentada en una cronología del profesor Óscar Torres), así como una selección de sus poemas (elaborada por el poeta Ramón Cote) que son leídos por Carranza y dos actores colombianos (Jairo Camargo y Carolina Cuervo).

También incluye un ensayo sobre Piedra y cielo (del escritor Juan Gustavo Cobo Borda), grupo literario al que perteneció el autor y que fue uno de los movimientos poéticos más importantes del siglo XX en Colombia; así como los testimonios de personajes de la vida cultural colombianas que lo conocieron. The "Eduardo Carranza" application was published for the Year Carranza, in which the Ministry of Culture of Colombia and the National Library commemorates the 100th anniversary of the birth of Colombian poet.

Within the celebrations of the year, the Carranza family donated to the National Library of the poet's personnel file, which included photographs, letters, newspaper clippings and manuscripts of the author, to illustrate his life (presented in a chronology of Professor Oscar Torres) and a selection of his poems (compiled by the poet Ramón Cote) that are read by Carranza and two Colombian actors (Jairo Camargo and Carolina Cuervo).

It also includes an essay on Stone and Sky (writer Juan Gustavo Cobo Borda) literary group that belonged to the author, who was one of the most important poetic movements of the twentieth century in Colombia; as well as testimonies from the Colombian cultural life who knew him.
