Have to re-enter all details can't just use the viewtrip reference to recall all the info on the trip. Quicker and easier to just go to the website and use your name and trip reference. Update Tried to persevere and log in again after changing password online (via desktop). Now won't allow me to log in with new details.... Update 1 year later: thought I'd try again. Worse than ever. Now cannot reset password to access. So cannot even open the app beyond the login page. Despite following the password rules the app keeps telling me the password format. Don't waste your time with this

The whole ecosystem seems broken. Created an account on the website. Then had to create another account in mobile. Then when my trip didn't show up in the mobile I went to opt out. That failed saying my account doesn't exist. The can't log into website. Feel like a website created in the 1990s.

Well I used the trip view on my PC okay got the mobile phone app but cannot view my trip details at all, am I missing something or does it just not work? Surely I should be able to see the same details but nothing comes up? Big Fail in my book.

As others have said, it doesn't sync with the main website and there is no way to add a flight reservation number like on the website. Definitely a worthless app. Don't waste your time.

It's absolutely useless as it doesn't sync with the web version of View Trip. Moreover the developers seem to have given up - plenty of comments about it not working and no updates since February 2017

Useless App. As the other reviewers have already said it doesn't import any details from the web site even though the logins arevthe same. Time to uninstall.

Pointless, does not seem to link travel details between app and website. Booked through Flight Center.

I can't log on, my password works fine on the desk top site but not on this app.... useless waste of my time so i will uninstall and not bother with it.

Load of crap. Works on laptop, not at all on my phone. Cannot find my trips, cannot convert currencies....

Worst app ever

As many others mentioned, you cannot view existing bookings which is the whole point of having a travel app.

It stinks. Zero customer service. Wildly frustrating and not worth a fraction of the effort. Uninstalled it this morning.

Useless app can't log in can't change password. Deleted

Installed this app and set up the account with my email address and password, then logged in. Logged out and then tried to log in again and it said that there is an error. I obviously know my own email address and I had written down my password, that obviously was correct, as I had already logged in with it once. I clicked on forgotten password and it asked me for a response to my memorable question, even though it had never asked me for one when I had set up the account. I now can not log in! Uninstalling

Login details for pc and mobile app have to be different, thanks to the different password structure. This means I now have two accounts. Can't link a flight booking to my app. Have to enter all flights manually.

Can see my trips on the web but they do not show in the app. There is no app support email. Better to load your trip into your calendar. Would like to give it 0 stars

Was working fine until a day ago, then called for me to login and despite numerous requests for new passwords and email addresses, just refuses me to login. Just ridiculous

Works great for me, I booked with Flight Centre, don't know if that makes a difference, easy to use and like the additional currency converter. Also up to date with all flight amendments and like the easy share itinerary feature.

Impossible to retrieve your trip from the site. You have to create everything from scratch. What a waste of my time.

Currency converter has limited currencies listed

Not user friendly at all.. tripcase is the way to go

Now it won't show the flight details in the app from the Web page.

Couldn't change input, trip showed up twice on the summary of my trips. Too many ads.

Received an email about a flight change with a link to the app to keep up to date with any other changes. No trip details showing. Uninstall

Terrible APP for travel. The data are not saved in cache and when you are not on line (that's quite normal during the flight) all the data disappear. This make the APP absolutely useless. You have to make some manual refresh to synchronize the travel data with the web site. It is not clear how to access to the APP from the main screen (no ENTER button)

If you cant access your basic flight info without internet access what's the use! "Off line mode" does not work.
