Liberty Buddy VMM-165

App to be used by the Marines and Sailors of VMM-165. If you are ever out and about and need a ride or access to important information, the Liberty Buddy app will give you quick access to what you need all in one place.

Key features include:

-Navigation Bar to quickly switch between sections.

-Clicking any contact in the app will open the default phone with the number already dialed in, no need to copy and paste from a web page list.

-Weekend driver information that updates automatically when drivers change.

-Important numbers like taxis and various emergency contacts that are stored locally so they are available even if data isn't.

-Liberty Limit Maps that use network location and/or GPS for real time location, powered by Google Maps. Now you always know if you are within the limits for liberty ranging from overnight to a 96.

-Off Limit/Restricted Area lists with name, location, and times of restriction.

Not a member of VMM-165? Look for your squadron/unit in the play store. If it is not there then you can send a request to the developer to have an app created.

App is still in its first stages of development and will continue to grow and evolve for a better more fluent experience and added functionality.
