At least do a proper app testing before the launch to ensure all the features are working. Frustrating and generating an otp sends 2 sms to an user registered phone number and we are left to chose which is the right one. Entering registered phone number to login will display user not registered. All in all a very annoying support app.

I send two mails from yesterday... Called 50 times... Neither got any reply of my mails nor anybody lift my phone... I paid 40900 in the counter it's reflected in the Loan amount,but I paid 7000/- through Net banking at 2.45pm, I got confirmed mail.but still it's not reflected in my loan amount.

I have used it and it's very rigid. It takes a very long time to accept any action and respond. I don't know why these guys don't accept card payment. The only reason for me having the account in Manappuram is their rates are good than others. I hate having a relationship with them and don't suggest any of my peers to get into Manappuram.

Its always show timeout once we have login. Now every time app want to update but after the updation its still showing need to update ur app again..kindly take our reviews nd do needful asap.

Hello I'm from kalachari nm can we try to pay online payment but ur shown unsuccessful but my bank account shown ur account debit successfully still I'm not getting my money back

പ്ലീസ് any one do not take any loan from this company they are cheating us. If we check interest rate are regularly increasing with out inform customers.... please dont be cheated

Apps not working ,customer affected unwanted interest due to online payment not possible so due date not possible to pay.pls take immediate action other wise you will go back ...

Very bad company if you take loan in this company after 30days it's shows double internet. I think bank is good.

Problems start occurring as soon as you start logging in. Either it will hang or get logged out automatically without any reason. Doing online payments using this app is next to impossible.

It's very frustrating I am trying from almost one week but I am unable to login I want to pay my interest online. But I am unable to do because of my app is not working please fix the problem

Useless dirty waste stupid such app never seen in my life

Simply worst experience I want to pay but I can't just because of this " STUPID APPLICATION " in branch they are not accepting 500/- - 1000/- currency There is a limited amount we can get from bank upon that this application.... at last we have to pay extra charges.... Shame on no action has been taken after getting so many complaints from users....

I'm trying to Pay interest but I got error continued....also I have checked thru PC but , I don't know why it could not process please fix this.....app is good but need to update & make faster so users can pay easily....

This application never works.. luckily worked only once, just once long back. I am unable to select my account to make interest payment. Please fix it asap..

It says everything is invalid (Cust id, phone no) even though all parameters are entered correctly. Refuses to register. Have uninstalled.

Very very worst apps ever don't use this for online payment i made payment with this it shows failed and money got debited in my account and when i mailed to mannapuram they replyed your transection has failed..contect your bank branch through u payment.. so think once before online pay....

I'm using this app for a long time but now it's automatically loging out when I click any of the options like check dues pay online, view account details, etc... I updated, reinstalled tried everything but the same response...

I updated the app and now unable to see any of my detail after login

I paid my loan interest through this app. But after paid amount onwards this app is not working and the amount is not credited into my manappuram account and bank account .so don't use this app.

I pay online interest but only shows payment is pending plz try after sometime.. look this matter.
