Notification are not showing at all in all my Mobile's please the only way to check my new tickets is opening the app I don't know why the notification are not working please help am using this every day because as am a IT Helpdesk
Makes managing the help desk much more productive and can view tickets when on the go works great. Only reason for not rating 5 stars was a few times it did not sync new tickets from the server but works 95% of the time
I would like a button to enable a desktop view. Some features from the desktop version are lost in the app.
Generally useful for responding to tickets in the field. The keyboard could be better as for some reason it doesn't automatically capitalise the first letter of sentences. My default android keyboard does this basic thing so no idea why is missing in this app. Is it using it's own keyboard!! Or messing with my keyboard? Really slows down text entry. Will happily give this an extra star if the keyboard issue is sorted out. Also, would be good to have a visual indication of an unread reply in the request list

Lacks tasks and the ability to view the knowledge base.
Easy to use, has most features except tasks. Reporting would also be cool as a future feature..and dashboard too.

this is great, but it would be greater if technicians can post their leave via this app. imagine when they are in a heavy traffic and about to enter the office too late, they grab their phones and do what to do.
I have been using this app for a while now and found that even if it allows basic operation, it may still need some more work to get the product sold as a cross platform solution. Love the work and effot put into the current product though. Thanks.

I just became an admin of our SDP and finally got to see the power behind ME. I would love to see a "resolved" button on end user accounts and an alert to the technician's cell, maybe even in toast form if possible. That would be great.
And best of all, it's Free!

When I try to send a reply to a mail I'm getting the error 'enter valid email id'. Not sure why, because all the email ids which are entered are correct. Could you please look into this urgently. Otherwise the App is perfect. I would give 5 stars if I am able to reply. Balaji.C

Doesn't seem to allow you to log in if you have two step authentication turned on in ServiceDesk/Zoho.
