Not as feature rich as I would have hoped, but it sure beats having to remote in to my PC from my phone.

Cannot multi-select tickets/cases. Cannot merge them together and cannot assign easily to another team member. Missing a contextual context menu when long pressing on item - this will allow actions to be taken a lot faster

Need ability to reply all on cases, and access saved emails, maybe even autocomplete from contacts.

No engineer schedule, no task view which defeats its purpose, no asset management, no option to create or manage predefined built-in views... Concept is great but it needs work to be useful for technicians on the road...

Leaving Service Desk right NOW!! Today I used this app and marked 3 notifications as Read and the app DELETED 2 Service Requests!! Of course there is no way to restore a deleted request. I have lost hours of logged time and when I contacted support they very kindly called me a liar!! Wow!! No chance that the software could malfunction??? No chance that I am telling the truth??? According to Service Desk, nope. I suggest you run far away from these folks!! ZenDesk here I come...
