SSL errors, company slow to recognize and fix...not recommended. ** Update** As of this latest version, SSL errors are fixed, app seems to be working as intended.
Can't use because I can't access via AD username.
Really handy app with all the features I need on the go. Would get 5 stars if it used the system preferred keyboard. The app one annoyingly fails to capitalise first letters of sentences and get auto spaces right.
The app is good so far.. But with push and badge notification would be a very big PLUS.. And after the new update getting Server Error when trying to view worklog.
PLEASE ADD TECHNICIAN SEARCH IN THIS APP FOR ADMIN USER CAN TRACK ASSIGNED WORKS TO TECHNICIAN
No push notifications and no AD support. Lame software developers.
Works well for my technicians on the move. Updates quick and light. Sufficient for any environment...

The biggest problem with this apps is missing notification for new tickets. You have to check by hand if there is new request. Pointless. I have to use mail to sms service to be aware about new request. How someone could design app without this functionality is a mystery.
If it wasn't a work app I wouldn't us it. About 60% of the time I get "server not found" even with good wifi and cell connections. Then everything I just typed is gone. Please make it more reliable.
Get cannot connect to server from app 1/3 of the time I attempt to use it. Very unreliable.
I told my IT staff not use this app anymore. No tasks screen, no notifications, no synchronization with user contacts. Any emails response doesn't get tracked if view the tickets. List goes on and with issues

Notifications would make this 100% more useful
Needs ability to handle multiple ME accounts. Unable to logout due to error. Unable to delete multiple tickets as with the web interface. And also do multiple edits to tickets.
This app does send any push notifications also I am not able to select additional work log fields while adding time spent
AD authentication doesnt work. Useless app...

How do we use notes to meet the first response target? Edit: dropped to 1 star, no response from developer and also line breaks in the emails are missing on the recipients end.
When logged in as a requester the new request button comes and goes as you switch between filters. We can't let our users have access to this yet until it's fixed.
I can view my requests fine, but that's not to say the app is flawless. It could be wherever is handling my requests, but the app refuses to update unless I switch from wireless to cell or vice versa.
Can't get the app to load. Cursor just spins... wasn't paying attention, must have been 30 minutes

App seemed fine at first. With an update it broke the ability the change views, so you're stuck on whatever view you were using on update. Also, the search bar apparently only searched the current view. This would be useful as a global search.
