When they changed their system, the mobile app was downgraded. After 3 months, nothing has changed. It had some problems that I had hoped would be fixed. Now I just want their electronic services to work again.

The app is nice, but after the new upgrade the services suck. Your bill pay check with go out and bounce even if there is money there and when you complain no one with respond.

If this is the upgrade we were promised Please UNINSTALL!! We got the downgraded version and it's practically useless... Please fix ASAP?

Getting a message telling me an error has occurred will not let me access the app when this app works it's great but there are times like this where you can't even get into the app or you cannot activate your debit card once you are in it when I cannot activate my debit card I get the message FM performed while in memo posting mode

The app is not working: Galaxy S7 edge & cannot create new password, cannot use online password.

Unable to pay my bills defeats the purpose of having a bank account.

Can no longer log in. Says password is incorrect. App useless.

All morning I have been trying to deposit a check but there is a black screen. My camera is working perfectly so I dont understand what the problem is

I have tried several times trying to get into my account and it keeps saying that they can't verify my information. also i wasn't given a user name so i can't even access my accounts this way either. The concept is there but needs major improvements. I am using a galaxy note 4.

I have been using this app for a while and it works fine.

I love this app I never had any problems with it. Makes banking very easy.

I downloaded and installed the app and logged into my accounts right away. The app has all the basic features (including depositing checks) that many larger banks' apps have.

Installed it the first time and it said it cant verify my information. Reinstalled and still kept saying the same thing. No customer support whatsoever.

This app is much better than the original so easy to set up and I love the idea of being able to disable your debit cards

I cant figure out how to change and fix personal information. Other than that, good app. Just the one thing that needs fixing unless I can do it on their site.
