So far so good. My first purchase failed because the card was "disabled" but it was easily fixed by turning it on through the app. Wish you didnt have to have direct deposit. 500 a month depsosited should give ALL free atms regardless if it came direct from my employer.

Hoping for the best, but so far the app is bad...I opened an account yest & that process was great on the website..i tried it on the app & everytime I got to taking a pic of my ID & the process would start over! 3x I started over! I almost quit ,but didn't. I'm hoping that was a good decision. Now if I try & use the app 1/2 the time it fails to load & often if it does it crashes. Addition! I like the card "locking" feature offered, but 2xs now I have gone 2 "unlock" & the app was down!!

Everytime I try to deposit a check it crashes multiple times before I succeed. That's if I don't just give up and take a picture send it to my computer and upload it that way.

While the app is easy to use it feels outdated and slow. Needed is a fingerprint reader and other usability improvements. The one thing the bank itself needs is a "set aside" account instead of just a savings. Sub accounts would be nice as well.

4 months now that this app has not worked on 7.0 or 7.1. I got an email just now stating I don't have to worry about an update until after the holidays.... WTF! How bout an update right now? The browser version on your phone sucks because it cuts off a lot of info and will not scroll in Chrome. ETA on app fix before I switch banks?

No more mindgames of is this my real balance? Setup was easy. Customer service was friendly and fast. No sifting through a VRU menu layers deep while being reminded you can do that online. Has a relaxed home type of feeling. Less corperate red tape. No issues with app so far.

So far so good but as everyone said the app leaves a lot to be desired. For me it just kept circling like it was loading. I eventually just went and did everything from my PC which works seamlessly. Hoping for updates soon to fix the app glitches since it does have the word "mobile" in its name and not "pc". :-)

I love this bank, for everything, especially for very friendly customer service. I have same problem with the mobile app, since I'm using Android 7 on my phone. But is understanding, so just patience, that's it.

First off the people that run this place are clearly incompetent monkeys. And 2nd I enjoy the bank I can actually walk into and talk to somebody with common sense. Sheesh I hate this waste of space been trying to close my account for 2 months now and I think I'm going to contact the actual bank they work with I'm done talking to these incompetent idiots. You should do better research and avoid this piece of crap at all cost nothing but a headache and a half. My advice don't do it. They are idiotic and more.

This is the worse app I have ever used. Every time I try to pay a friend it does nothing. Also you can't look up locations in an LG G4 android phone. I have called numerous times just to be told it was my phone....or we are looking into that or Idk....if I didn't like the no fees I would definitely go back to my old bank.

Great app easy to use!! I love this bank amazing interest rate and so easy to do what I need to do on it and takes money out of my account right after I swiped so I know how much is left literally less then a minute later. Thanks bank moblie.

I'm yet to be able to make a purchase with this card, and its says it's active on the app. The user is interface is for the three stars. Me not being able to make a purchase is a negative.

I couldn't open an account because what they use to verify your identify is heavily reliant on automated systems. So I apparently I'm not who I say I am because I live in Georgia now but public records say I still live in Connecticut or something. This is really annoying.

But of course my alarm went off so it made me start over, I was almost done with my second attempt then I got a phone call and its making me start over again. Now my husband has left and I don't have his drivers license!

I have to reset my password to log in every single time because it says it's wrong, even when I'm 100% certain it's not. Also won't let me enable auto-login or PIN login. It just asks me for my info to confirm enabling the option, then goes back to the home screen with nothing changed.

This app makes banking so convenient for me. I can take care of my financials anytime, anywhere and at absolutely not cost. Aside from the convenience, BankMobile in itself is highly functional with an exceptionally high savings-interest rate. Great app and great bank

I am unable to sign up for an account. I get to the part where it wants to take a picture of my drivers license, it takes the pic and then loads and then takes me back to the sign up screen and I have to start all over again. Am I doing something wrong?! Google Nexus 6 running Android 5.0.1

Great bank! I wouldn't want to bank with anyone else. Sometimes the app doesn't let me in, but I'm sure there's a way to fix that. Not many problems either.

I doubt I will continue to use this account if this can't be fixed soon. Terrible app... Which is pretty sad considering it's an online-only bank! EDIT: Told to not update to 7.0 because a new app is coming... Well, all the issues I had so far were on a device running 6.0. So, your app barely works on 6.0 and won't even open on 7.0? And people reported this literally months ago and still no fix? Woooow...
