UPDATE: I went into my local branch and had them help me. Turns out it was something weird with my account but they helped me fix the problem and set up my log in and account! Awesome app very pleased now that I can use it. Will not let me log in to my account whatsoever. Takes me to a page to change my password and after I put my info in it says "user can not be updated at this time". Same thing with the website. I've been trying for 3 days to log into my account. Keeps cycling me through the same four log in pages. Would be an amazing updated app if it actually let me into my account! :(
Can't get app or website to work. On hold for 30 minutes no answer from calling actual public service. No way to access my balance and now I'm going to need to go to the bank tomorrow to check it. The app just says user cannot be updated. Liked the old app but guess it doesn't work anymore :(
It was nice when the app could give simple information using clips of the website. A month ago it was easy to do that, what is with the bizarre crap? Did the site get hacked? Because it didn't suck until recently and I wonder if I should trust this app to safely handle my sensitive information.
This app wont let me log in anymore keeps saying invalid username or password. This has just been becoming more of a pain i have changed the password and still nothing. Cant even sign in online. Im a busy mom and constantly have to check my balance and pay bills. I never had an issue with the way the old app was. To me all you did was change the way it looks.
My member number hasn't ever change and keeps saying it's wrong. As someone who is in software development I can already tell you this is a p.o.s. app. Hire a better development team. This is just shameful. I'm assuming now I get to call and wait in hold for a f*cking decade. Srsly figure it out, PSCU. every year you get worse and everything from the website to the previous app to this supposedly new app is complete trash.
I updated and when I went to sign in, it told me to enter account info. So I did, now it's telling me cannot update this user at this time. Please put it back how it was. It was just fine. And no I am not going to send u guys an email. Just fix the problem and put the app how it was before
I'm frustrated that I was not notified of changes. I was able to figure it out on my own and logged in however, now I can't see pending transactions. Having a joint account makes this now IMPOSSIBLE to balance my checkbook the way I used too. I have only been with you for a year and really regretting the unreliable situations I keep running into. Not only do you have limited was for me to deposit cash now I can't manage my account let aline how to see my amount due on the loan each month!
Login process is an absolute joke. Have to verify my account with text message every time I switch accounts. Pin login only works if I don't switch accounts. Should be a dual pin login option or SOMETHING. honestly, it's ridiculous. Frequently takes 5-10 minutes to check the balance of both accounts.
I'm not sure who's bright idea it was to change this app but it was a BAD idea! The old app worked just fine, why fix what isn't broken?? I cannot login to my accounts to save my life! I've called and was told my password was reset but that's still not working. This is beyond frustrating!! Wish I could give ZERO stars!
App got hung-up "Submitting" my new login information (which I wasn't interested in changing) before failing to connect and starting the process over. From an end-user standpoint the previous app wasn't broken; in fact it was quite stable and provided all of the features I required. Now I have a new app that is broken and no ability to manage my account short of visiting a branch or ATM.
The app itself is nice but for some reason not all the transactions are showing. Even like little things that are suppose to be taken out right away like grocery shopping or buying lunch. Have to do the handwritten amount to make sure the balance is correct.
The new app update is great. If you're having trouble, it's because pscu upgraded their security and app. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. You will have to go online to change your password because they've increased security. People generally don't like change, but the new app is better than the last!
I have been trying to get into my account and it keeps saying my password isn't right ugh its very frustrating i thought they told me my password would stay the same! I haven't been able to get into my account for over a week now.
Why change an app that worked just fine. This one I can't even log in. According to the app my username, password and account info are all wrong. None of which has changed for years. I thought the point of making a new app was to improve it. Not screw everything up.
As important as banking on the go is, this app is not user friendly or very useful. Its difficult to see exactly what you are looking at, the drop down view for accounts dont even go back an entire month, or the option to load more days. It also doesnt show pending transactions, therefore not accurate. I dont know what was wrong with the old app but this one is not good. Figure it out!
This new app is horrible! I've been able to log in all day now all of a sudden it's saying the my user name and or password is incorrect. Plus when the app changed it would have been nice to be notified by the bank that the old one would no longer be in service.
The app crashed and freezes every time I try to use it. If it's not crashing, it logs me out when I'm trying to deposit a check or switch pages. They chose form over function so while it looks good, it's slow, clunky, and unusable.
Worst app ever. Was able to sign on once and not again ever sense. I called the bank and tries to have them resolve the issue and still no luck. It really sucks cause I need to check my account and literally cannot.
Sucks! I wasn't notified on my other ap that they were even doing a change, so after it failing to log me in multiple times I went to the online site, couldn't log in there. Download the new ap, walk through the several steps to log in the first time, then it makes me create a new password, I type a new one in, and it comes up with an error saying it is in "memo posting mode".... what does that even mean? HELP!! I am so frustrated I can't even access my account. I don't have time to call customer service to simply log in to a phone ap. Hope things get addressed and fixed quickly. This is frustrating.
Gets confused on authentication codes when accessing different accounts thus not allowing login. Has called my home phone 4 times in 45min with different codes. Scheduled transfers cannot be found or verified. Worst interface I've ever seen on PC.
I have had to reset my password twice, request my username, use my text verification code, go down to my bank to have someone help me sign in and I STILL GET AN ERROR ABOUT MY PASSWORD. I have not ever never not once been able to use this app in my own leisure, only with the assistance of other people at the bank. I have gone days without knowing my balance or paying a bill. I have to call and wait 30 minutes JUST TO GET MY BALANCE.
Not even the online works right any more. Cant check it on your phone it doesn't show account info well and cant look at accounts individually. This has been very frustrating and can't even figure out my finances now. What was wroug with the old app? So after all the problems I emailed that addess I saw on another comment and got help a lot faster they called me so I didn't have to be on hold 30 min anymore. Thank You for fixing the problem
thank you for ruining an app that was EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to me. can't even log in to this new app. why does it keep asking me to setup a new password ? i've done it twice already expecting a different result. still can't get passed that new password setup screen. this is a prime example of why i hate change. especially when things don't have to, AND it's for the worst
I have posted a review TWICE and sent an email response TWICE and still nothing has been changed. It would be a shame if after 25 years as a credit union member that I have to close my account over this app!!!!!! Fix the problems. I want to be able to see THE ENTIRE title of my transactions. It was that way in the old app, why is it so hard to do it in this app?????? PLEASE!!!!!!!
This app it terrible! GO back to the other one. I can not get it to work properly on my Ipad or phone. Never had an issue with the old version. I keep going through all the steps to log in and it will not let me. I can't even get on the computer.
I can understand the extra security given the new capabilities of this app such as transfer money but seriously the functionality is lacking. I'm caught scrolling though my payments and going back and forth all of the time. What happened to having most things fitting on one page? The interface is not intuitive and the large text is unnecessary.
This app doesn't even have basic information like when your next payment is due and how much the payment is. But, that isn't too surprising now that the new online banking has removed that information as well. It almost seems like they want us to forget payments so they can charge us late fees. PSCU taking pages from the big banks playbooks?
Worst bank app on the planet!! Don't waste your time. Had to recreate a login. Used the computer to do so, then tried to use the same credentials on the mobile app, and it keeps asking for all your info, ie account number, social, etc... (which I don't have some of it because I am on the road). Look at Chase Bank's mobile app and copy it already! Very frustrating!
I'm disappointed in this new app. My pending transactions seem to take almost a week to show up which makes it difficult to balance my account. Please fix this issue. Some of us paycheck to paycheck folks depend on fast and accurate account balances.
App works fine but old app was alot better. Also sad to see website was downgraded to this bad format as well. They should go back to old app and website. Was easier to use, read, you could do more, was far more visually appeasing. It's like they jumped from 2016 to 2000. Very disappointed.
It made me update my password, but although the password update fields are obscured as they should be, autocorrect is enabled. It tried to make an English word out of my desired password, which I couldn't see it doing, and then the app told me I needed numbers. It took me a while to figure out why it wouldn't accept my new password. I do like the fact that I can now create nicknames for my other accounts. Previously I could only create nicknames for the account I was logged in to, so I couldn't see the nickname for the account I was trying to transfer into.
Really liked that on the last app could see how much to transfer onto my credit card to pay it off from the transfer page so I didn't have to go back and forth. Other things make it just a little less clear than the last app hope updates fix some of these with the older app getting shut down. Edit: also isn't showing me pending transactions, dropped from 2 to 1 stars. Downgrading for a couple aesthetics isn't fun. Also tried the member to member transfer and it cancelled itself.
I much preferred the older mobile version. The display of account entries takes up far more space than necessary on the screen. Only a few entries are visible at one time. Either shrink the entry size or provide an option to let the user adjust the screen layout.
This app is awful! The other one was so much better. I don't like the interface and the way it shows account transactions is confusing, the old app was wonderful in showing transactions, balance, and holds all in one area. I am so disappointed.
I never review apps but my experience with this app was so poor I had to review it. Why release a brand new app that makes you reverify yourself, glitch the process so it takes three tries to finish the verification and then forces you to change your password to the exact same password you had before instead of simply releasing a update for the previous app. Horrible piece of coding here.
This new app is really poorly designed. When you open it you are at what would appear to be a homepage, but then when you select an option you have to login in, seems backwards. The mobile deposit feature barely works and it took me 10 tries to get it to capture a check image and then it wouldn't accept it. Argh!!! The overall layout is crap too. Please either republish the old app or hire someone who knows what they are doing.
I can't even use the app because I don't know what my "member number" is, apparently it's different from my account number. Its really inconvenient not being able to access my ban account.
Terrible transition. I cannot log into my account on this new app, my emails are bouncing from the posted contact page too because it says i dont have authorization to email them. Utter garbage
This app sucks. Wouldnt allow you to log in on my phone. Whom ever rated this with 5 stars has to work for pscu because no one in there right mind would give it 5 stars. Very user unfriendly

Certainly a step up from the previous app. The card on/off feature, check depositing, and both balance and security alert options are all nice additions. Downsides: No way to view a graph of your account balance history, and for me initial login was a not-so-seamless experience. Very decent app overall.
