The app is great, when it works. However, I have never, in 20 deposits, had it accept my deposit on the first try, and it tells you absolutely nothing about why your deposit was rejected. It could be a slightly blurry or off-center picture, incorrect wording on the (ridiculously detailed) endorsement, or one of several other problems. I have mobile deposit apps for three other institutions, and they are all amost flawless. I dread having to use this one.

Too bad it doesn't show you your balance or transactions without taking you to a website. But at least they're catching up with technology lol!
