I like this app and use it regularly, but I don't like that I can't do anything with automatic bill pay in the app. To pay my bills every month I have to go to their pathetic excuse for a website that constantly glitches. If they'd just let me do that in the app it would be 5 stars.

Consistently doesn't work. Switched from big bank, but problems with online and app for GTFCU are maddening. Multiple phone calls don't seem to have an effect.

I hate this piece of trash application with my whole heart to a point where i'm considering switching my banking institution. I've never used a more frustrating application in my life, depositing a check is a nightmare, it seems like the main purpose of this thing is to take the image out of focus, and even when you think that you managed it - dont worry. There's an error message telling you that check cannot be detected, please place it on a dark surface or some other non-sense. Disgusting

Low budget but gets the job done. Its a lil glitchy at times. And on the menu bar I'm unable to swipe left on the available options like going to the settings for example without the menu bar closing.

From terms: "Except where expressly indicated otherwise, transmissions to and from this SERVICE or directed to Greater TEXAS Federal Credit Union, including E-mails, are not sent in a secure form..." Surely account info is encrypted?? Where do I see the digital security certificate? Also I am waiting for response to calling & emailing asking for clarification. Be wise people, please don't assume your data transmissions are secure.

I'm not sure why it doesn't work, because I am not literate in computer languages and coding. I think it's a good idea in theory, but isn't quite ready to be implemented. I doubt there is any way to solve its major problems other than to have a specialist rework the main computer language so that its accessible to Android smartphone users. One out of Five Stars.

For those who can' t find the help button to reset your password...just slide the grey bar at the bottom of the login screen (with the locate..etc buttons on it) to the left. Then you will see two more options...share..and..help. clicking help will allow you to reset your password.

Says incorrect login on 75% of my login attempts (with correct login info!) VERY SLOW on my T-Mobile prism. LOVE the amazing bank GTFCU is but the app needs lots of work before I re-download!!!

I was able to, but now I can't even see the deposit feature? I've uninstalled and reinstalled app. I have a 4 month old HTC One, so not sure why the deposit function isn't there now?? It's one of the main reasons I would use the app.

I often have to uninstall and reinstall because the app quits working, and will show an error when trying to open. Anytime there is a software update from my carrier, or anything along those lines, it seems to cause problems for this app. It can be frustrating, but when it works I love it. I use it mostly for mobile deposits. If it weren't for having to uninstall and reinstall, I would give the app 5 stars.

The app has finally arrived, seems to be working faster than mobile web version, login is way easier compared to both web versions. Two recommendations: 1. Show available balance next to transaction. 2. Be able to see transaction properties when transaction is pressed

I'm sorry everyone else is having a hard time but it works great on my galaxy s3. Additionally, quit being ingrates. This is a credit union, not a for profit big money scam bank. Support them like they support us.
