About Kevin Hart Workout
Kevin Hart's full body workout is no joke. Can you last through the whole thing?
The workout consists of the following exercises:
- Jump Squats
- Burpees
- Plank
- Lunge Jumps
- Diamond Push-ups
- Sit-ups
Make sure you're warmed up before the workout. Exercise for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds for each exercise.
Repeat for three sets.
