Will not connect to my replicator + after last update. Does not work anymore. It used to connect just fine either on my local network or remotely. Uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted cache and data and still nothing! Now I can't use it at all anywhere. PLEASE FIX!!!!!!!!!

For some reason whenever I try to connect to my Replicator via the app, it says it cannot find my printer despite I am on the same connection and have the printer turned on. Also when I close the app completely, the app always force me to add my printer again and again.

MakerBot. Are you ok? Do you need a coding and engineering intervention? Blink twice if you're being held at gunpoint? Blink for God's sake. BLINK! Something just isn't normal over there. Senility? Cancer? Help us help you. Am I on Candid Camera? Is this app supposed to be funny? It's not. It's a cry for hardware and software help. I feel so bad for you guys. BLINK!

On the Android Apps page you list "Connectivity FIxes" and "Printer connection stability" as benefits of the latest upgrade - you went the very opposite direction! Very confusing app, at times. Some Makerbot claims are not implement for printing from the Android app. Latest combination of App "upgrade" and Replicator+ firmware upgrade is a disaster. Totally unstable - why did you release this? Neither Windows nor Android Apps reach the printer, any more. It went from rock-solid to whimsically nightmarish in a matter of days. Please fix, you're losing cred.

Buy a different brand printer! This app doesn't connect to my three printers at all, and the customer service to try and fix it is a joke. Four unresolved tickets in as many months to do with connectivity and poor print quality.

The updated app allows you to see and monitor the status of your print. It allows you to cancel in the event that something goes wrong. Overall, it is much improved over the old one.

This app is my idea. I'm going to patent it. That'll go down well.

Don't know what everyone is talking about with the latest update. If anything, it's made printer connection even faster.

Your last upgrade screwed up my connectivity.

The Makerbot extruders just don't work

CRAPWARE! Your PC and phone can't be paired at the same time to your printer. All Makerbot can say is to open a $100 support ticket. NUTS!!!!!!

It simply did not connect and never paired, so I stopped using the app.

What good is a 3d printer if i cant even connect to it with an app that crashes for any reason

I own a z18 and in 3 years I've had maybe a half dozen successful prints on it. $14,000 to do nothing. Go get any other printer and save yourself a lot of money, time, and be able to print things.

Why did you drop support for my Replicator Mini? It worked fine but now is not supported

Since the app updated it no longer connects to Makerbot mini. I can still print to it from my laptop which hasn't been updated but no longer able to see the printer from my phone.

What happened to support for older devices eg original mini? What's this upgrade obsolescence crap?

Only suggestion is being able to change settings when starting a print from the app. Being able to monitor multiple printers at once it's great!

Just got my replicator mini+ and cannot perform the first setup it stays in phone is autenticating. Really dissapointed

Lately, the app just keeps on crashing whenever I try to open it.. Uninstalled it then reinstalled, and tried restarting my phone. I have a Samsung S6 Edge running Android 6.0.1

Older version was working fine, this one never worked over vpn, only works within the printer network.

Can't not connect to smartphone and keeps crashing

Horrible. For 3 months It hasn't worked. It's a useless app that wont connect to my Nexus 5X. Like the rest of Makerbot there is no support.

Good start, works nice if you have saved your work on PC and uploaded to makerbot cloud. But missing needed features such as printing a stl file from mobile device, modifying % fill from mobile, resizing an object or positioning an object so not to be resized. I tend to use mobile phone and tablets more then a PC. But now have to go to PC to set fill, see if object can print with it resizing, or save file to cloud then I can print from mobile. Please give more features to android devices.

Downloaded this app because it mentioned being able to create 3d models in app... Can't make anything... Cannot upload any designs I already have created...

The disappointing part is that the app could only be used for a makerbot printer...please allow it for other printers i beg!

Works fine for me. No issues. Only wish the video feed was smoother.

Amazing app

We have the Z18 and for it being the flagship (it was at the time of purchase anyways) we have had so many issues. Especially with the extruders, back and forth being repaired all the time. For it being such a big printer we haven't been able to print anything reliably more than a couple inches in height. Same goes for the width.

Would not connect with printer. Tried to with an iPhone and it work so it was not the printer. It's an app problem.

Got a printer at home, but it's nice to watch the camera feed and status while I'm out.

This app lets me watch my print as it progresses, also telling me if the print fails, how long the print has taken, and more. The only problem is that it drains my phone battery so fast that my optimization app suggested uninstalling it.. other than that, very useful
