Make my trip helps me to check flight fare , I mean the lowest flight fare very properly. Now they have introduced the hotel app , that will help everybody before going to an unknown place, I think. Secondly , their executive following up with u thrice a day if any issue occurs in hotel and sort out those issues. I have practical experience regarding this . Thanks Make my trip.

I had an issue regarding my stay in Aloft hotel in Ahmedabad. After seeing the pictures of the room I booked a room and to my surprise the room alloted to me was totally different from the one shown in pictures on Make my trip portal. Obviously I called customer care for assistance but of no use because they kept my call on hold for infinity by saying that I just have to hold for 2 mins so that they can check with the hotel guys. Make My Trip claims that they settle issues in 60minutes otherwise they give full money back, this is just a trick to market that is it. Make My Trip is a charter.

This has good deals for sure.. But these people are soo low in comman scene.. Recently i tried to contact them at mid night as i unexpectedly arrived in vizag 10 hrs early with my family..i tried to call their toll free to ask which hotel has availability nearby it took my 20 min with no result..More over toll free is not free.. Always it told go to the site and book which is not possible as already it is passed 12 mid night, but it didn't give me chance to a approach customer care representative..at last i have refer google for nearby hotels and call one by one to check the availability.. My only question why we cannot approach customer care rep at a go

Worst app. Do not waste your time downloading this. If downloaded UNINSTALL it. Else I bet you will repent later. Believe or try yourself. Go for IBIBO. 1. Poor Customer service and misguidance. I was asked to contact Airline, Airline inturn asks me to contact MMT for modification in travel plan. 2. Offers only to lure you. 3. Displays booking as refundable, at the time of cancellation it says non-refundable.

First time bad experience, 100% fraud. No clear instructions from agent and fooled. Don't book tickets by looking at the offered by this company. Can't use cash back from wallet and more over it got 90days expiry while I am international travel for 4months.

Do not keep offers to cheat customers. You'll end up losing them. My first and last booking with Make my trip and you guys really pissed me off now. I WANT TO USE THE MONEY IN MY WALLET, NO MATTER WHAT. So Make my trip is basically misrepresenting it's offers to draw customers and then showing who they really are. This sucks. This seriously sucks. I think I should start warning everyone about this fraud ?

Full fraud.. guys don't use this app.. I booked flight ticket money got deducted but processng got failed. I recieved mail saying make my trip do no have any relation with the money transportation... I need make may trip contact detail... Or somesone should call me immediately. Because I lost 35k ...

Bogus. 100 percent bogus. Only fraud. Everything they say free is not free. It is only tricks to hook you and cook you. Be careful. They gave Rs 1100 free vallet. To avail these I will have to spend 20 times because only 5 % of amount from bonus money can be used . Be careful. Don't get fooled.

Very bad first experience.... Your service is very poor .i just reached the hotel and got to know form hotel that they have not got any reservation confirmation.. and even they told that they r not connected to MMT service. please help and refund my payment

TERRIBLE FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE Today I booked for a stay in Chennai. They confirmed the booking by mail. Luckily I called up the hotel to reconfirm. I WAS TOLD HOTEL UNDER RENOVATION. NO ROOMS U GUYS USE ALIYA BHAT AND RANVEER SINGH TO DO ALL DRAMAS AND LEAVE US STRANDED .. NOT DONE

Not good. MMT ASSURED plan is charged extra cost but service is not guaranteed. I booked 2 rooms with MMT ASSURED plan for a trip and make advanced payment . But no rooms availed in hotel it is not working they arrange another hotel rooms with dirty amenities. The helpline is engaged while on experience but they not call back

Have used mmt for hotel booking..But 1 thing I need to convey to the team that there should be more pic of rooms to be added to get a clear idea. Also we have clarify separately from the hotels about the floors or other facilities..

Was good to begin with and offered great discounts. Had a great experience booking hotel through your app. Now you guys just try to take your users for a ride. Wallet balance is inclusive in discount offer thereby lowering discounts considerably. This is nothing but fooling us. Not recommended.

Don't get lured by 5star rating guys. These are real cheaters. Highly disappointed with the support staff. They cut cancellation charges even if it's there server fault.

My money got debited twice and no booking happened .. If I call the customer care you ask for a booking Id . Where should I find the damn ID when the booking didn't happen . Twice!! And I could not find any trace in my bookings or refunds. Where the hell did my money go and how should I contact you ??

Today i have booked 3 train tickets after payment debit from my account its showing some error and wait 25 mins for pnr statuts aftr tht i got Sms (your booking unsuccessfull we ll refund your within 12 days what stupid

Make My Trip is getting pathetic day by day. I have made booking through this app but booking got failed but payment got deduct and its a month's time I have not got my refund after follow up on e mail. There employee just sending formal replies. Pathetic service. Very disappointing.

Worst experience...tried to use my voucher code but automatically gives the flight fares has been increased by flights? Then come back to check again showing same results and now tries to use my code...but this time it is saying please try after 15 mins it took me 12 hours to book one return journey and that too again another issue when I came back to modify my flight it has automatically selected the cheapest flight however I have already selected the time according to which I need my flight...so booked flight but at wrong time cozz I haven't checked mistakes made by app at the end... So much pain...hated it...like seriously

Third class app. I get first time bad experience on it. When I sign up, it shows, verify your mobile number and earn bonus. But when I enter OTP for verification of my mobile number every time it displays incorrect OTP. If it's not able to verify mobile number, then what types of services they provide us.

When booked a flight ticket from the app and selected emi option for 12 months for payment using credit card,it still deducted the whole amount. Since the features don't work properly ,why provide it in first place?Never faced this issue when booking from other travel websites

Bias information provided on the app. "If the booking left unconfirmed the refund will be initiated within 25 minutes" then why is it taking 5 days to get refunded literally not a good app to make bookings goibibo is a better option!

Okay, did my first booking on app. Messsed up with the month, right away called the service executive who changed the month without any ado. The app experience is nice, especially to see all the photos, review, ratings, is a good feature.
