Ristorante situato all'ombra di un'Abbazia cistercense risalente all'anno 1100, anche dopo la ristrutturazione del 2000, conserva travi e mattoni antichi ed ospita sculture in pietra e legno di Luigi Soresini.
Per gli interni, sono stati mantenuti elementi che richiamano l'atmosfera ricca di storia.
La cucina varia tra salumi selezionati, gnocco fritto e vari antipasti, risotti, paste fresche, filetti, tagliate e dolci di produzione propria.
