About Tabata Time
Tabata is a high intensity interval training method. It was developed by Izumi Tabata at the National Institute of Fitness and Sports in Tokyo, Japan
This app enables you to easily define multiple settings per training session:
- Tabata exercises count
- Round count per Tabata exercise
- Length of Work interval
- Length of Rest interval
- Length of Break between Tabata exercises
You are guided with voice guidance in English during the session.
