Ride Transfort

The app won't even load on my phone. What's the point of this app if it doesn't even work in the first place?!??

Useless as the rest of the Tranfort transport system. What is the point of this app if the trip planner doesn't work. How do I know what route I want to takr based on a number? At least show me the routes on a map. How much tax money was wasted on this?

Press arrow button in bottom right corner(next to Bus symbol). GPS must be on.

So great to know where the bus is and to be automatically notified of arrivals. Love it!

It's a great app, but very slow and doesn't respond many times.

I've walked to out of service busses. This app needs a major overhaul.

Incredibly slow and glitchy

This app is highly unstable, and either crashes when I try to scroll the map or doesn't load at all..

It's simple to use and I see a lot of people complaining about this app. It might not be the greatest but I'm not having problems so far

You would have more people in your bus if you didn't make it so hard to use.. This app is the worst app I've used ever. Searched my start and stop on Google Now, worked perfect. Deleting this.

Barely usable. Crashes. Won't always connect. Rarely draws bus routes. Hard and slow to navigate. Trip planner never works.

I use an HTC One M8. This app is still slow and on top of that poorly designed and hard to use. This is an embarrassing use of Transfort funds.

First off this app has great potential, but was implemented all wrong. The app feels really bulky and runs rather slowly. The UI is not intuitive and needs to be reworked.

Terrible

Only can be downloaded on newer phone or android OS. Fort Collins wants you to use the MAX and they want you to download the app for a "prize" but you have to own a brand new phone to use it. Shame on you Fort Collins your developer of the APP is screwing a lot of FoCo residents fix it fast!!!!

This app is very unstable, difficult to use and understand, and many of the features flat out don't work. I guess the only good news is that Google transit integration (which every MAX stop has been promising for the past few months) will make it unnecessary and obsolete.

Fort Collins wasted another boat load of money way to go... This app is worthless unless you're a wealthy FoCo resident. Otherwise drive your SUV Audi or SmartCar. The yuppies in FoCo won't even want to be seen on the rapid transit of transients.

I'll try it again once it's been updated with proper fixes. Currently, it only works intermittently and is shoddy, at best. Here's hoping...

It looks like a promising app, but does have a few bugs. Of course, today is launch day, so I will be patient and wait for updates. In spite of the bugs, still useful for finding bus stops (not just Maxx either) Not sure why reviewers are kvetching about classism. I am running this on a Moto G I got on the cheap, you don't need a $600 iPhone. Old phones can't run all the newest apps, that isn't classism, it's just how things work with phones.

The trip planner isn't working at all

Unintuitive, crashes a lot, and just doesn't work in many aspects.

Could have offered some Sunday bus service instead of a useless app. Everyone can get this content on their mobile browsers. What is the point??

Doesn't work half the time the GPS connection to the buses are inaccurate. The bus could be at your terminal but the ex says its still another 2 minutes before it arrives that's just one example. I'm sure over time it will improve but for now it's not very functional for Android

Love it!!! Convenient and seems pretty accurate. The info links are a nice touch.

Once I dug into the depth of the app I really started to love it. I can set up favorites to get to my stop info fast and the alerts are cool. I like the real time info and tracking. So much better than having to guess.
