Mobile Citizen is a specialized MaintStar Work Request application. The application allows users to create requests for problems. For example, reporting potholes, graffiti, leaking water hydrants etc. The request can contain photos, GPS coordinates, the address of a problem and comments. The citizen receives an automated e-mail notification about the request status & view info on the map.

I've reported two local problems with this app. I used photos, and could pinpoint the location with the interactive map as well. I received an email and a phone call from the Traffic Dept., giving me the resolution for my first report. Just submitted the second one yesterday.

Work Request right from my Tablet? This is great! I no longer have to wait to get to the office to submit. I took a picture and submitted immediately.. My request was immediately acknowledged via email... I highly recommend.
