About Make My List: To Do/Grocery
Make My List allows you to create lists on your own terms. Find the difference in having more control in list making. No more accidental selection of list item when you are scrolling through the list items while shopping. You name the categories and customize the list according to your specific needs.Make To Do Lists, Grocery Lists, Shopping Lists, Vacation lists, Wish Lists, Birthday lists, wedding planner lists with categories that are specific to your needs. When you shop order the categories in the order you want to shop. Change views when you want to look at all the items in your shopping list without categories. Everything in one place.
Please send issues or concerns to makemylist@gmail.com. That is the fastest way to get a response or fix an issue. Most of the issues reported that manner took less than 12 hrs of time. We will not be informed immediately about the crash reports in google play. They will take at least 2 to 3 days some times. We often miss some reports also.
NewFeatures Added on April 15th,2013:
1. Total new UI, I hope you will love it.
2. Added Notifications feature. By default it is Off. You can get notifications now when it is time for you to go to grocery shop.
3. Lists view now has the status.
4. Application tells you which of your groceries you might be running out of stock. You have the preference to set in settings. You can chose to say, my produce will last for 7 days. After 7 days if you are running out of produce you would know. For now it applies for all the categories.

4. BackUp and Restore Feature so that you will not lose your lists even if you change your phone.

Of all the list apps this is the best. When you check something off, it doesn't disappear which is great! My main complaint is that the due date function cannot be turned off.

In the past week it has asked me to update about 7 times. I like the application because it does come in handy when you need to go and do a big shop or even a little one.

It was simple and easy to use, then they updated it. Now it looks nicer, but not functional. Due dates you can't delete. Auto jumps to bottom of list. Ads blocking what you want to see. Uninstall.

Unfortunately, after April update, it no longer works on my HTC one v. I liked it.... Yes, there are quirks & limitations. Too few categories and non-intuitive method of removing items from shopping list, plus lists don't instantly update. But it works well enough I haven't felt like looking for an alternate.

Takes a few minutes to setup and personalise with your regular items, but pretty easy from there, just go through the GROCERY list and check what u need this week. Suggestions: A "clear all" button on the shopping list that resets the grocery list, so I don't have to un check every item each week.5 In addition to the edit and delete radials, a notes button will be a great tool on each item added. Great for adding little descriptions (for when we send hubby to the store ; )

I initially read a comment and thought might not be a good app. I have been using from past one month and is good. One of the menu icon is not looking good. But that's what my phone has for more option. Other than that no crashes no issues, simple and useful. Just what I wanted. Willing to buy if available for paid version

Allow us to manually move items up and down in the list. Allow us to sort alphabetically. Allow items to jump to the bottom when checked off. Allow items of the same name to be entered more than once if in different categories. This app CONSTANTLY crashes.

Really like this app. Doesn't predict or search for items like grocery apps so I can use it to make lists for any occasion. Flexible and well thought-out interface.

Not an easy thing to get started. More basics or staple products on the start up list would help. Maybe a master list of all the items in a store to choose from to build a custom list. Not a sticky note type of app. This is for the serious shopper to put this much effort.

Just what I wanted, something simple. Ugh....ads were added with update...I'll pay for ad free app. Get rid of ads. Add ability to backup and restore lists. Lost everything when phone failed and had to wipe phone.
