This app has no use if you cannot add your form fields that allows you to segment your list. Prior to last update this function was working. DO NOT update to most current version if your list has custom groups

No form fields. Morons.

I usually ignore 1-star reviews, but these are spot on. Does not work. Cannot put any fields in this form, not even email.

I really hope they can get the form field fixed! I would like to use this app but you can't select the fields you want to collect through the form. Every time you edit the fields it loads a blank screen. Therefore this app is useless. I am working on an android device 6.0 (Marshmallow).

While I love all things MailChimp, this app for now should be a pass for most people. The form designer is broken on Galaxy S2 tablet as it won't load an image. Text does not wrap either.

Frustratingly the old app was way better. Crashes before it will either upload, sync or export email addresses

The option to have the form save it online and then upload is great. However, not allowing the app on Smartphones is just silly. I do not carry my tablet with me all the time, and we want to add new subscribers by giving our phone to people. Since the main app will show all the fields, we do not do that. So 2-3 stars.

2/1/17 App crashes when you try to edit a form. Love the idea but doesn't work on Samsung Galaxy 10

Can't add an image or logo. No message as to why it didn't work, just didn't work. Unusable.

Despite your update my original review is sadly still applicable. It's not working! What did you test it on? You did test it, yes? Apparently not on enough machines. .... Here is the original review : "And other editing functions aren't working either. Did anyone actually test this thing? Very disappointing and you should be ashamed of yourselves for letting a non-functioning product get out the door. ... Maybe you should spend less time time playing with your new shop and more time testing your software."

Every time i change the user name, Google recaptcha changes it back again. Fixing doesn't help because the incorrect user name seems to be tied to the recaptcha login requirement? Reinstalling wish me luck

Spent a good amount of time trying to figure it out, only to find out that others have been experiencing the same. Please fix this!

I'll be trying it tonight! FYI I had to create a new list as the old list still didn't display form fields.

Form fields don't work, which makes the app useless

As a first time user, I was looking forward to creating my own sign up sheet using this app. After several minutes, the background was setup and the form fields was all that was left to do. I go to customize my form fields and I am hit with a blank screen and cannot proceed any further. This app becomes useless if one cannot even add their own form fields. Please fix this asap!

Where are the form fields??? Having used Chimpadeedoo from MailChimp with no issues, this new version just doesn't work as promised. What a disappointment. Get your IT guys to fix it. You can't call the app 'Mailchimp Subscribe' if it doesn't accept subscriptions

I'm stunned. I find it absolutely amazing that a company this large would release an app that's not even usable. Please fix. This does not speak well for MailChimp.

Who are the 91 people to give an app that DOES NOT WORK 5 stars? If there were previous versions that used to work, I can't believe mail chimp is letting this problem persist longer than a day maybe a week! The worst is a spent hours talking to their tech support and they each took time to do diognostic work instead of just saying hey this is a known issue and we are working on it. Not a lot of things make me want to switch back to other services but this experience is close.

The DATE field type has dark theme in Android and is not visible to select the required date! Making it difficult to do an entry by our customers!!

Wasted two hours trying to get this app to work on my Samsung Tablet. The other version worked fine. Now I had trouble signing in, couldn't change any of the info and frozen my tablet up.

First, I couldn't find the app in the app drawer! Sure I knew it was renamed to MailChimp Subscribe, so of course I looked under "M". Wasted lots of time before figuring out it is under "S". That was annoying & just ignorantly planned by you guys. Second, the new forms have such *excessive* padding around all the fields that it no longer fits nicely on my tablet screen. That's ridiculous & makes such an unprofessional appearance as to render this app pretty much useless. Quick signups shouldn't involve wondering where the Subscribe button is because it isn't visible at all without scrolling. Just junk, guys.

I opened my app drawer to see an app called, simply enough, "Subscribe." I did not realize the app was renamed, until I saw it today. I liked the app before, but hated the long, nonsensical name. The app is simple to use, and now the name reflects that simplicity. Thanks, MailChimp!

Upon entering the live mode, it freezes my tablet forcing a system reboot. I tried the app also on my wifes tablet with the same result rendering this app as a useless download. In edit mode, configuration is simple but if the app does not work, why bother. I need this working for a trade show i am attending... Guess I'm out of luck.

I had chimpadeedoo which worked well. This crashes on entry!

* *Not compatible with Tmobile Samsung Galaxy Note 2 phones* * I'll stick with the old clunky Chimpadeedo app which DOES work on this phone & on my Android Samsung 12.2 tablet..Why would you 'update" an app but make the new version no longer compatible/installable with the mobile devices we use? Please provide an update that works with Android devices (including the 4.3 operating system version that Tmobile supports. Tmobile customers cannot update our operating system to the latest android version since they say it's not stable enough on some Samsung Galaxy phones.)

I bought an Android Tablet to install this app and it doesn't work. Same problem as others. The forms field is blank and there is no way to fix it. Hopefully they can address this quickly. It seems nearly everyone is having the same issues. If anyone knows a workaround, let me know. OK. Found a workaround for those in the same position as me. Using an Android device, you can download the old version, Chimpadeedoo. To do this you must go to settings>security and disable a box that allows you to download apps from a place other then the Google App Store. Then, you need to search for Chimpadeedoo APK. You will find a few sites that have the legacy app. Download it. Then, switch to file manager and find the app. Click it and install. Then, you should be up and running. WARNING!!! There may be security issues with using apps from unapproved sites. Try and ensure you have selected it from a reputable website.

Users can easily quit the form. Yes the form settings are password protected. But the form itself needs to be locked down. Please fix!!

Was so excited to test this app because I've always found MailChimp to offer a flawless product, but upon download I, like other recent reviewers, was unable to access form controls through the app. Seems to me that I should be able to create a form on my desktop and push it to the app. Hoping this major issue is resolved soon!

New version does show form fields options. So cannot use it. Tried on 2 different tablets and is versions. 3.06 worked fine

Great - app has auto-updated from the wonderful Chimpadeedoo and is now broken utterly - Form Fields just aren't there. Don't you think that people using this as a business tool might find it inconvenient that you hadn't tested it prior to launch and offer no way of resorting to the previous iteration. Guess there's a first time for everything but MailChimp you have let us down catastrophically this time.

Please can you tell us when this bug will be fixed as the app is useless without fields! It's anyone working on it?!

Same as everyone else. You can't add form fields to the sign up form, so this app is useless. FIX IT!
