These people have created this app to market the Magazine. That's why the price is too high. They don't won't to loose the local printed sales. If they really consider the readers then must have assigned prices countrywise rather a fixed price.

Rs.150 for this it only costs 80 in printed it's not fair and digital e books should cost lover than printed as there is not any thing to print and you just have give it

150+ per magazine. Its too high as a digital copy. At least It price must be reduced by papper+ink cost.
