MAGUARE ESTEREO

Es un instrumento hecho de madera especial, muy fuerte ahuecado y vibrante.
Los indios amazónicos especialmente los Coreguájes, Huitótos, Cofánes y Sionas que se encuentran ubicados en el territorio comprendido entre los ríos Putumayo y Caquetá, utilizaron este ingenioso aparato como medio de comunicación combinando los sonidos de uno y otro como se hace con las campanas, golpeando los bordes de las hendiduras con un mazo revestido de caucho se logra que su sonido sea percibido a muchas leguas de distancia.
