This app is great when and if you can actually get the log in page to work. I've had the same problem every time I've updated hardware, reported the problem and it's never been fixed. I've updated my password several times.

I can't log in, won't recognize my account no matter what I do - even password reset won't work. Looking at past reviews, this seems to be a known issue for a year! Lame. If you can't log in, you can't save events. - Samsung s6

Would be great, but i can't login to the app, only into my account in a browser. It always says username or password incorrect, but I've tried changing password, using birth username and email, etc., and they all work in a browser.

Could be a good app. I still use it. But NUMEROUS times ive seen a show thats "late night" and then I go to first show and then after midnight IT WONT SHOW EARLIER SHOWS OF SAME NIGHT=FAIL.

Shows added to calendar save as a view in the app but do not save to my account itself? I logon to website and none of my "saved" shows appear in calendar. So I am missing all the email notifications unfortunately. I really like JB's content though.

It's half of the jambase website! What's not to love? And if any of their company is reading this, how bout getting the announcements and articles on the app?

Won't accept zip, state or city as a location. You can't get past the location screen. Galaxy Note 3.

Request: support for email log in not just username. Right now I can't get in

Looks cool, but it won't even accept my email address as valid.

Location Error, it never worked. I tried eight different zips, city/state, city and state separate. Wouldn't let me enter city and state together. Kept erasing the city or state to replace the city or state.

Will not load progam due to location error. Love this program but since I got my samsung s3 I cant use it.

This used to be one of my favorite apps. I was on it DAILY. But, since I switched to the Galaxy S6 Edge, it won't let me login. I've tried it sideways, upside down, left to right, right to left. I even changed my password....no luck. I set up a whole new account....STILL won't let me in. It's a great app, when you can get into it. One star until this is fixed.

I recently had to replace my phone but ive always used this app. Now the new install reads error location. WTF!!!

Location button doesn't work

12/31/2015...app has completely stopped working on me :( I can log in thru the site but the app keeps saying invalid. What's going on. Used to be my favorite app!

Opened it, wouldn't find my city, crashed. Took all of 30 seconds

Tells me location can't be found even when I type in the location. Won't give me any info

this app isn't bad, but it's way over due for an update. importing artists from phone function does not work, and searching is a pain as I have to delete my last search whether or not I click on a search result or not. are you alive jambase!

This app is good but it needs a bit of a makeover with the interface (especially when searching). When was the last time this was updated?

Jambase is such a great service it's a shame they're not committed to their app. The login issue has gone unaddressed for too long.

Works when you need it

On the web version of JamBase you can login using Facebook. Where is this functionality in the mobile app? Otherwise awesome. Simple, clean interface, relevant results, great artist tracking and a personalized concert calendar. Would recommend.

It would be better if it had a reminder setting like a phone calendar and you could look up festivals without having to go to full site

Very insulting port of the iPhone app. Please learn Android user experience practices or outsource to someone who knows how to do it right.

unable to connect message Was good... Now just get continual 'unable to connect message' and cannot find location

Even better than the website! Incorporate YouTube (so people can give a listen to unfamiliar artists) and it'd be perfect.

It is unable to locate my correct location and makes me login every time... Fix it and it'd.be a great app
